Things that weren’t on the cards since moving to NYC, Boop needing emergency spinal surgery 4 months ago. So thankful to have the privilege of working from home, so I’ve been able to care for him full time post surgery. He has attached to me BIG TIME, so wherever I go, he goes as well. Which means a huge portion of my workouts, I do in our apartment. I’ve been solo paw-renting for the last 10 days, my workouts have consisted of Bodystep workouts every 2nd day, and walks with Boop in his stroller. Getting everything I need from a workout / mental health perspective, & also a great way to explore this amazing city. Lots of therapy for this little guy from the great team @water4dogsnyc , but he’s making great progress and getting stronger daily. Things that absolutely send me, Boop in his laser protection goggles 😅 by @marknuusteelebodystep
