Wow...This was 15 years ago. ⛹🏾‍♂️ #tbt

What a feeling this was. Best of luck to all of the teams taking part in #MarchMadness. There is nothing like coming out on top and cutting down the nets and putting it around your neck. 🏀

The accomplishments with my teammates will always be cherished...
⭐️ Back to Back ODAC Champs
⭐️ First #FinalFour in school history
⭐️ 28 game win streak (30 wins, 3 losses)
⭐️ First National Championship in School history
⭐️ Graduated as the winningest player in program history.

What it took:
- 3 knee surgeries
- 6 x getting my knee drained
- 4 cortisone shots
- Being in a hard cast then walking boot for ankle
- Arthritis in knees at 25

AND I WOULD DO IT ALL AGAIN NO HESITATION!

Shout out to the the great Coach Macedo...who convinced me to commit by saying “come here, let’s out work everyone and make history . “ 🎯 and we did just that!

I’ll never forget my time being a student athlete at VWC now VWU. With only 12 students in a class, trust me it was STUDENT before ATHLETE - professors knew when I wasn’t in class.

Real ones still around release the confetti! 🎉 👷🏾🤟🏾😎

✨ August 28, 2021: On the same day @patrickmahomes was named the number 1 player in the @NFL by his peers he was at MLK Park with his fiancé @brittanylynne cutting the ribbon ✂️ to officially open the new million dollar all-inclusive #15andtheMahomiesPlayground in Kansas City on the anniversary day of MLK’s famous I have a Dream Speech. #Respect

✨ To say it was a special moment is an understatement. To see kids, AKA #Mahomies from different races and backgrounds from the inner city to the suburbs all playing together was a great sight to see. The park is BEAUTIFUL 😍. No corners were cut and it represents so much more than just a place to play- it shows all kids in the city they matter. I’m just blessed and extremely proud to witness it.

First year in the 757 and SOPHOMORE year in the books for MJ FITCH. Next year… should be 🚀…but first… back in the lab we go. by @marques.fitch

In one word…Priceless ☘️

We go to a lot of games together and many more to come…but this one was different.

All my life my Pops has mentioned he HAS to get to #NotreDameStadium. It’s the NUMBER ONE thing on his 🪣 list. I knew he was too selfless to ever do it, so I had to make it happen and do it the right way! Surprised him for his bday with a trip to South Bend and of course me and the boys had to join him for the experience.

I won’t share my whole camera roll…Let’s just say the weekend exceeded expectations and no one will ever forget it. by @marques.fitch

⭐️MJ repping 135lbs on the bench😤
⭐️I’m still on my weighted pull-ups and dips using 45lbs 😏. Call me the calisthenics King.
⭐️⭐️Oh and the Mrs….She’s still on the treadmill, stairmaster and leg machines. Yep, you saw correct…she’s still at it even though she’s carrying our third child. 😁

Always Our Plan…God’s Will.🙌🏾
Boy or girl 🤔…we don’t know yet. It will be a surprise for all of us. ⏳
