They came to UNTAMPED to examine how they were living. Before we finished, they were already asking when we could do it again. That says something. We spent several days in Puerto Escondido having conversations that most men rarely make the time or space to have. About responsibility. Relationships. The expectations we carry. The ways we limit ourselves, even when we're already successful. And what it would actually look like to live more fully. But conversations alone weren't enough. Each man left with a 90-day plan, commitments, and a group of men willing to support one another in following through. That's why UNTAMPED is more than an Immersion. We prepared together before arriving in Mexico, and now we've entered Integration. And something else happened that I didn't expect. The men were already talking about doing it again. Not just for another group of men. For themselves. In this video, I'm sharing a little of what happened, what surprised me, and where we're going next. And ladies, I've heard you too. I'm considering a three-day virtual UNTAMPED experience for women before the end of the year. If you're serious about participating, inbox me. **UNTAMPED. Live fully.** #UNTAMPED #MensDevelopment #PersonalGrowth #Brotherhood #LiveFully by @marquese.us
Four days. Four men. Conversations that don't happen nearly often enough. Over the last four days in Puerto Escondido, Oaxaca, we experienced the Immersion Phase of UNTAMPED. We talked. We listened. We challenged assumptions. We laughed. We shared meals, experienced a traditional Temazcal, and created space to examine the lives we're actually living. And while the environment was extraordinary, it wasn't the reason we came together. Sometimes you need to step outside the environment in which you've built your life to see that life from a different perspective. That's what these days were about. Not escaping responsibility. Not fixing men who are broken. Not teaching already successful men how to achieve more. But creating space for men to see themselves more clearly, connect more honestly, and consider what living fully actually means to them. And perhaps one of the most important reminders from these days: You weren't meant to do it alone. The Immersion may be ending, but UNTAMPED isn't. We've completed Preparation. We've experienced Immersion. Now begins 90 days of Integration, where what we've discovered has the opportunity to become how we actually live. To the men who said yes to this founding experience, thank you for your trust, your presence, and your willingness to participate fully. UNTAMPED Cohort 02 | March 2027 We're already beginning to identify the men who will join us for the next journey. If something about this experience speaks to you, visit **untamped.com** to learn more and express your interest in being notified when enrollment opens. Because some of the most important decisions a man will ever make begin with creating the space to see what's possible. Be UNTAMPED. What if you're solving the wrong problem? As men, we're often conditioned to fix things. Find the solution. Create the strategy. Make it happen. But what if we haven't taken the time to understand what's actually going on? Day 3 of the UNTAMPED immersion in Puerto Escondido, Mexico. We're discovering the value of slowing down. Being present. Listening without needing to provide answers. Because sometimes the most powerful thing we can offer another man isn't a solution. **It's the space to discover his own.** Be UNTAMPED. Live fully. A few months ago, this was just a conversation. Today, it's happening. Men are arriving in Puerto Escondido for something we've spent months preparing for. Not a retreat. Not an escape from life. An opportunity to see ourselves differently, challenge what we've been carrying, and make intentional choices about the men we're becoming. I'm taking this moment in. **UNTAMPED | Phase 2: The Immersion** And this is only the beginning. UNTAMPED.com #UNTAMPED #LiveFully #MensGrowth #PuertoEscondido by @marquese.us
We’re used to being useful. ✔ Working. ✔ Producing. ✔ Providing. ✔ Solving. And somewhere along the way, men can start confusing usefulness with value. But being a better tool does not automatically make you a higher-value man. Capacity is also about whether you have room to be present. ✅ Present to your family. ✅ Present to your relationships. ✅ Present to the people you’re called to help. ✅ Present to the contribution that keeps getting pushed aside because life is full. A high-value man makes room for what he says matters. What do you need to create more capacity for? #HighValueMan #Capacity #UNTAMPED #MensWork #HumanPerformance by @marquese.us
MEN Abusing?!?!!!: We Must Step It Up! by @marquese.us
HIGH VALUE | 03: ALIGNMENT It’s easy to say what matters to you. Your family. Your career. Your purpose. Your health. But at some point, there ought to be evidence that those things are actually true. None of us are perfect. The question is: What area of your life isn’t producing the evidence you’d like right now? A high-value man is willing to identify the gap and start doing something about it. That’s alignment. #HighValueMan #Alignment #UNTAMPED #HumanPerformance #MensWork by @marquese.us
HIGH VALUE | 02: PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY It might not be your fault. But what you do next is still your responsibility. A high-value man does not surrender his power by staying stuck in blame. He looks inward and asks: What could I have done differently? And more importantly: What will I do now? Personal responsibility is not pretending other people did nothing wrong. It is refusing to let someone else’s actions determine your next move. That’s high value. What’s harder for most men: seeing their part or owning what comes next? #HighValueMan #PersonalResponsibility #UNTAMPED #MensWork #HumanPerformance by @marquese.us
Years ago, I went from working in a pulpit to cleaning toilets in the middle of the night. My son reminded me of that season today. What struck him was that I seemed unfazed. Looking back, I understand why. I did not believe the pulpit made me more valuable. And I did not believe cleaning toilets made me less valuable. It was a transition. A different season. A different role. But I was still me. That is part of why self-awareness matters. If your identity is built entirely on the title, the role, the money, or the recognition, what happens when those things change? Knowing who you are gives you somewhere to stand when life shifts. What role or title have you had to learn was not your identity? #HighValueMan #SelfAwareness #UNTAMPED #MensWork #HumanPerformance by @marquese.us
HIGH VALUE | 01: SELF-AWARENESS Self-awareness is more than knowing your strengths. It’s knowing who you are. Why you’re here. What you intend to contribute. Where your weaknesses and flaws show up. And how they impact the life you’re trying to create. Without that awareness, it’s easy to slip into performance. Doing what needs to be done to be validated. Self-awareness says: Regardless of the circumstances, I know who I am. And from there, I can respond, interact, and adjust with intention. That’s high value. What do you think? #HighValueMan #SelfAwareness #UNTAMPED #MensWork #HumanPerformance by @marquese.us
Yesterday I said a desirable man and a high-value man are not necessarily the same man. Today I want your definition. Finish this sentence: A high-value man is a man who ________. No social-media checklist. No cars, watches, money or status. What actually makes a man valuable in the way he lives? I’ll share my first trait next. #HighValueMan #UNTAMPED #MensWork #SelfAwareness #HumanPerformance by @marquese.us
We talk a lot about “high-value men.” But I think we’ve confused a high-value man with a desirable man. Money, status, looks, confidence and influence can all make a man more desirable. But none of those things tell us whether he knows himself. Takes responsibility. Keeps his word. Can receive support. Is present with the people he loves. Or actually lives what he says matters. Desirability is about how a man is perceived. High value is about how a man lives. Over the next few weeks, I’m going to unpack 10 traits that I believe deserve to be part of that conversation. What would you put on the list? #HighValueMan #UNTAMPED #SelfAwareness #MensWork #HumanPerformance by @marquese.us
