Ever wondered how our little Mallow Cows come to life? 🐮🤎

It starts with a fluffy vanilla marshmallow, a paintbrush and a little patience…

Each Highland Cow is hand-painted one by one, right down to those tiny hooves, before being packed into its gift box ready for its new home. 🎁

They take a little extra time to make, but seeing that little face appear at the end is definitely worth it!

Perfect as a sweet little gift for a Highland Cow lover — or someone who simply deserves something a bit different.

✨ Handcrafted in Central Highlands, Victoria
✨ Gluten, dairy, egg & nut friendly
✨ Hand-painted with edible colours

Creating memories one mallow at a time. 🤎

And there are lots of exciting things happening behind the scenes, as we have headed into Spring…

And just like that.................... winter is over. ❄️

How did all of that happen in three months?

Lightscape, birthdays, holidays, anniversaries, family, reconnections, the Commonwealth Games… 🩷

And somewhere amongst all of that…

Our first winter of indoor markets, new packaging, new collaborations, exhibitions and industry events, plenty of experimenting, new flavours, infusions and inclusions, wholesale, lots of ideas, plenty of learning and more than a few “well, we won't be doing THAT again” moments… Matcha 😂

To be featured in the very first edition of Business & Leisure Magazine — definitely one of those special little moments. 🩷

And along the way, working out…

What stays.
What changes.
What feels right.

Behind the scenes, some exciting things are starting to come together as we head into Spring. 🌼

So goodbye Winter. ❄️

Thank you for the memories, the lessons, the people and the opportunities.

Now bring on SPRING 🌸🌼

Creating memories, one mallow at a time.

🩷 Thank you, Buninyong! 🩷

What a fabulous afternoon at the Buninyong Market!
Thank you to everyone who stopped by, had a chat, tried something new and took home some Marshmallow Delight treats.

We sold out of Mallow Comb, Unicorn Horns and Peppermint Macaroons, and the gourmet and fruity, well they never last and Mallow Logs certainly got a workout too! 😍

Then there was Matcha… 😂

I took 12, cut one up for samples and came home with 11 🤔

Okay Buninyong, message received loud and clear. 🤣 No Matcha next time!

Thank you #buninyong_market_official for making our first Buninyong Market such a lovely one. 🩷
