I learned everything from growing vegetables to preparing traditional Italian dishes. I discovered that the most intense flavors come from cooking with passion, and I also learned to identify each of those flavors. What I hadn’t expected, and what touched me the most, was seeing how a smile can appear after a single bite of a dish you’ve spent hours preparing. I hope that one day I can share that same feeling with everyone who tastes my food.

Happy to start this new year and even happier that I start it surrounded by great food. 💛 by @martu_contii
