ROURI Studio x AIRE Barcelona

Last week, we spent a morning with ROURI Studio escaping the city and slowing down, from a mindful yoga session surrounded by the nature of AIRE Vallromanes to our thermal baths.

A morning of movement, breathwork and simply being. by @marturosso

Some Easy Days. More Easy Days. 🌳

Feeling so grateful to tune a bit more with our technology. So much space. So much joy. So little we actually need to do when we allow.

Next: a Celebration of Life immersion in the mountains of Granada.
Co- hosting a 4 day retreat in nature with movement, music, delicious food, rest, celebration & joy.
Alongside 5 amazing facilitators and friends.

October 7–11th. Can’t wait !!! by @marturosso

Deeply inspired. Something shifts when we combine love & safety in nature. This was the first ever EASY DAYS at @_easy_day (first of many!)

The faces say it all.

We don’t have to tell the river how to flow.

We don’t have to tell our body how to breathe.

We don’t have to tell our heart how to beat.

We don’t have to instruct our nervous system how to regulate.

There is an intelligence inside us that already knows what to do.

We are simply creating the conditions for that intelligence to work.

Such an honor to “teach” alongside @marturosso & @korbihort I feel complete trust with you both and love teaching as a team. We are better together! And the truth is we are not the ones doing the teaching, nature does everything for us and provides us with what we need.

Thank you @mayrabrandan.b and your team for sustaining our bodies so beautifully with the food you prepared for us so thoughtfully and lovingly. What we put inside our body is so profoundly important.

I’m EVEN more excited now for our next gathering in GRANADA at @cortijocaseria from 7-11 October. There are still places available. I trust completely in the team of teachers/ friends hosting @marturosso @fredrikswahncoach @laura_pielli @pablosansalvador @roxynanton @flow.photography.sabine

And I trust in nature! Can’t wait to access its magic together! 5 days with you all in the mountains - just wow! We gonna have sooooo much fun! If you wanna join us, DM me to secure your spot!

Thanks to amazing photographers @joshfeldberg @olgazan @philwilkinson811

Escucha
