Really happy I came into this meet uninjured and came out of it the same way. That was the biggest goal especially if you know my glass body. @haleyxhunter thank you for sticking with me and having faith in me even when I lose it within myself. Can’t ask for a better coach and mentor, you always do more than I can ask for and as long as I’m under you I know I will continue to grow. Much love to you, let’s keep it going 🤞 @muscle.mami.macias seeing you transition to powerlifting was a blessing, but being under you for nutrition is as well. Even though my body confusing as hell you didn’t let up and you found a way. Thank you a bunch for sticking with me even though I can be tough sometimes 🤞 @keola.lifts @jrvfitness_ @dianalifts_ @ninong67.5kg.kneecaps @zorenlifts @jonathan.pulls @timmythicclifts_ @ian.evolved @magsbeliftin you guys spoiled tf outta me with the handling, supporting, and providing everything I need. Love you guys To the rest of my friends and fam back at @warcatstrength thank you for the constant support! Doubted myself a lot this prep and yall reassured me ima be okay and even though I thought yall were lying outta ur ass you guys were right. @thirdstreetbb incredible meet!! Thank you guys for hosting this 10/10 would do it again. Everything was perfectly ran, you say start at 4 we start at 4. The spotters and loaders were so fast, areas were clean, music was slappin, and refs were great. Yall set a great example as of how a meet is supposed to be ran. by @marvin.agot

WCO ||| meet recap 6/9 @ 100 kg 1343 total + 75 meet pr SQUAT: 3/3 501 🔴⚪️⚪️ +11lb meet pr BENCH: 1/3 281: ⚪️⚪️⚪️ +28lb meet pr 286: 🔴🔴🔴 DEADLIFT: 2/3 562: ⚪️🔴⚪️ +33lb meet pr 573: 🔴🔴🔴 Going into this meet I was incredibly terrified of squats and deads but confident on bench. During prep I was dealing with knee pain since the beginning which forced me to stop squatting, I probably squatted like 5 times during prep. The pain was so bad I couldn’t do simple things like walk without pain or even stand up without it hurting. Then about 3 weeks out I strain my hamstring which just made my squats and deads even harder. Bench prep was really good though, It just wasn’t clicking but I’m not trippin because my 1st was a meet PR LOL. I told myself before going into the meet that I knew every lift was gonna hurt and I couldn’t stop the pain but i just had to fight through it. Im incredibly happy with how I did although going 6/9, I don’t mean to toot my own horn but I’m incredibly proud and happy of what I just did. Cutting down 35lbs to do this meet, dealing with knee and hamstring pain, and external life was just all over the place. I hope y’all saw more than just my strength but my heart. @haleyxhunter I can never stop saying thank you to my coach. The shit you helped me get through has been insane. There is no other coach and mentor like you. Since the day we started working together I knew that we were gonna do smt crazy. I just know we’re not done yet. Much love! To all the people who supported me and checked up on me during this prep this for y’all, I definitely could not have pushed myself like this without having you by my side. @warcat_arnie @jessicado you guys always leave me speechless with your meets. Thank you for not only providing the best meet the Bay Area will ever witness but for providing me and others a safe place to be ourselves and train! Much love y’all There’s also so many people I need to tag but Instagram is a hoe and only allows 20 #teamhunter #flexxtrainingsystems #teamtoots by @marvin.agot

First meet recap! Damn idek where to start, Going into the meet the goal was to secure a good total and go 9/9 which we ended up doing. I ended up placing 1st place as a 110kg teen against myself because there was nobody else. A huge huge huge huge special thank you to my coach and handler @haleyy_hunter , you called the shots and believed in me when I wanted to full send bench and deadlifts. I did not think we would hit these numbers back in November when we first started shit let alone last month but we did. It’s alot easier when you got a 🐐 in the making on your side. Thank you to everyone who showed up to the meet even if I didn’t know y’all, s/o to the boys and gals ( there’s too many of y’all) who came thru and helped me stay calm. I was nervous and scared asf cause I haven’t competed in anything for over two years I think. Huge love and appreciation to @warcatstrength they’re literally making history each time they put up an event and spreading the sport by doing a meet like this! They’re making it a lot easier to get into competing and alot more fun. Literally training there is a blessing and I can’t wait to see y’all change the game even more in the future. Much love to you and all the staff behind the scenes cause idek how much stress goes on but holy fuck your guys are amazing it’s actually so hard to put it in words but y’all can get the tightest and warmest hugs fr ❤️ Shoutout to @aeroyal @brickquads @warcat_arnie for being in my ear before the lifts 💀💀 that shit pushed me even harder ❤️ Anyways here are my third attempts Squat: 490lbs Bench: 253lbs all time pr Deadlift: 507lbs all time pr Also I did not think I was gonna tell the crowd to get loud 💀 ik I should be humble but I wanna have fun and make everyone else’s time worth it too by @marvin.agot
