Where I started → who I am now → how we can work together. ❤️‍🔥

August 2020. This is where I started. I was in a difficult season of life and needed to find myself again, so I made one decision: to become better for myself.

That decision became a whole life. Over 20 kg down in my first year. Fittest Girl at my gym (at the time) three years in a row. Marathons, a 350 km ride from Nairobi to Moshi, the summit of Kilimanjaro, Longonot, HYROX.

Today I’m Coach Atto.
Fitness taught me discipline when motivation wasn’t enough, and patience when progress was slow. It taught me that strength isn’t only what we lift or how far we run. Sometimes it’s simply choosing to show up for yourself again.
That’s my WHY.

I coach because I know what it feels like to start somewhere, doubt yourself and wonder if you can really do it. I help WOMEN and CHILDREN build confidence, strength and belief in themselves, one session at a time.

If you’re ready to start your own story, the rates are on the last slide. 👉🏾

This is bigger than fitness. This is about becoming. 🤍

Stanchart Half Marathon 2026: The one where I chased my own bus. 🚌💨

Race day didn’t go to plan, and that’s the point. 🙌🏾

I trained for the full marathon, got injured two weeks out, and changed the goal to the half instead of skipping the day. Then I paced the Sub 1:30 bus through a late start and a crowd, and led the 5km fun run after. 🚌

Pacing is coaching on the move: stay calm, adapt, and bring everyone home. I train women and children in gym instruction, Hyrox and running.

Eldoret tested everything — strength, stamina, grit, and the ability to keep going when your body says otherwise🥵🔥

From the workouts to the competition floor, the Altitude Games was another reminder that growth happens when you step outside your comfort zone💪🏾🏋🏾‍♀️

No shortcuts. Just showing up, putting in the work, and getting better🫴🏾💪🏾

Same smile,Different strength💪🏾

Left: where I started🐾
Right: what happens when you keep showing up🙌🏾🤞🏾

Nobody saw the early mornings, the sessions I didn’t feel like doing, or the weeks when progress was slow🥵🫡

What I learned is that consistency beats motivation every time.
The change is bigger than what you see on the outside. It’s the discipline, the confidence and the belief that I can do hard things. That belief took me from the gym floor to marathons, Kilimanjaro and HYROX.

Everyone’s journey is different, and it isn’t a straight line. Start where you are, and trust the process. 🤍

My gym bag has two pairs of shoes because my deadlift and my run have different personalities. 😅
Flat and stable for the barbell. Cushioned and bouncy for the treadmill. Quick change, then back to work. Hybrid training means a shoe change in the middle of the session. 👟💪🏾

Need for speed?😃🥵

80 minutes. 4 blocks. Zero guesswork. 💪🏾

Warm up the shoulders → heavy push and pull → overhead strength → finish with a pump.

Pairing pushes with pulls keeps your shoulders balanced, and resting between sets means better reps.
Save this session and try it. 🔥

DM @mary_atto to train with me.
