If you are new here, welcome. I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself and share a bit of the heart behind this space.

For years, I lived in cycles of high energy peaks and total physical exhaustion. Overworking, ignoring my body's signals, and putting my well-being on the back burner felt normal until my health forced me to stop.

Moving through severe fatigue, personal challenges, and deep physical lows taught me a truth I carry into my work every single day: nobody is going to prioritize your health for you. You have to step up as the authority of your own well-being.

My work is rooted in a simple belief that self-care is not a luxury—it is essential for coherence and daily happiness. Whether leading deep listening sessions, guiding movement, or supporting women in our community, my passion is giving you a safe space to turn your attention inwards and reconnect with ease.

Achievement to me isn't about beating someone else's timeline. It is simply doing what needs to be done for your own well-being and embracing the lessons along the way.

What is one core value or goal that is guiding your health journey right now? I would love to read your story in the comments.

Things I have achieved since prioritizing my health & wellness through self-care:

~ Improved my physical health by shifting from energy 'benders' of high energy peaks with little sleep and eating, over working and over doing until the point of physical exhaustion, fatigue & low energy by incorporating balance through regular exercise / movement (high energy / good rest cycles), healthy boundaries & good nutrition.

~ Committed to a Relationship even though it was scary and messy (I had a lot of trust issues). Now I have a happy marriage, 2 beautiful babes, lots of pets and a home we love, curate and care for together every day.

~ Moved through loss, grief and the lowest of lows - physically and emotionally. On one of my darkest days, being disregarded by my medical team, I picked myself up, decided I was worthy of living and bounced back from life-threatening anemia. I took responsibility as the authority of my own health and wellness moving forward.

~ Finished something I started in 2001 - my college degree, which took me 20 years to earn. This road began on a low point after High School where I experienced sexual assault and losing most of my friends. Starting off at The University of Scranton was hard... but I was blessed to make new besties there. Then County College of Morris, William Paterson, CSB Broadcasting School and a Yoga Teacher Training - I wouldn't change a thing. I finished my Bachelors of Science in Health Services in 2021, with a toddler and a newborn. You can do anything you put your mind to and sometimes the challenges are invitations to level up and leave the parts of you that are no longer aligned behind.

Achievement to me is different than how I once saw it - It's not beating someone else's timeline for what a perfect life looks like and it's not competing: pushing harder, stronger and bigger.

Achievement is simply doing what wants to be done and what needs to be done and embracing the lessons along the way.

Remember what you have achieved so far and NEVER short change yourself. Yes, it may hurt someone's feelings... But it may also light someone's FIRE.

It's hot out there & you need to stay hydrated! But you don't want to load on the extra sugar and additives that come with most sports drinks...

This is what inspired my to develop my 'Mama's Lemonade' Recipe 3 years ago after researching what electrolytes are:

Essential minerals like sodium, potassium, and calcium—that carry an electric charge when dissolved in water

~ and why they're important:

Electrolytes help our bodies to absorb water and vital nutrients, regulate body functions and stay hydrated.

These hot days are important ones for us to hydrate well.

So I'm sharing my Recipe for Mama's Lemonade. It takes about 5 minutes to make!

Ingredients
● 1 1⁄2 cups warm water
● 2 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon
juice
● 1 tbsp honey
● 1⁄2 tsp sea salt

Preparation:

1. Turn on your kettle and heat up some
filtered or tap water to boiling or just
below.

2. While the water comes to temperature,
use your hands or a squeezer to juice 1
lemon into a mug or heat-resistant glass
(this typically yields about 2 tbsp of
lemon juice but if you end up with more,
feel free to save it for another recipe or
use it to make a bigger batch)

3. Then measure 2 tbsp of honey and add to
the lemon juice. (local, raw is best)

4. Next, add 1⁄2 tsp of sea salt and stir.

5. When the water has warmed to a
temperature that suits you, pour about a
cup and a half of it over your
lemon-honey-salt mixture and stir again.

If piping hot, give it a few minutes to cool
down.

6. Enjoy Mama’s Lemonade!

* For 4 servings, use 6 cups of water, 8 tbsp of
fresh squeezed lemon, 4 tbsp of honey and 2
tsp sea salt.

Want a real treat? Try using Blood Orange Juice instead of (or in addition to) Lemon Juice... it's delicious as we learned at the MGW 1 Year Anniversary Celebration :) Thanks to those who joined ;)

Wow, what a wild & exciting month April was!

I am stepping into May so fresh and so clean with lots of trust that things are happening for me, rather than to me.

And in turn, I'm showing up for myself and my clients bigger and stronger than ever.

I advocate for self-care by supporting people on their wellness journeys from right where they're at to where they want to be.

With these navigation points, I offer accountability and community inside my soul-led mentorship programs, along with lots of other fun events and adventures along the way.

Please send me a message or leave a comment to let me know that you are ready to start your Wellness Journey, fully supported and ready to say YES to yourself this month <3 by @marygoldenwellness

Sometimes, we want to receive the wisdom, the download, the message. So we ask for it and believe it's "out there" somewhere and it's on its way and it's ok to wait.

Plus, we all like getting envelopes and packages send directly to our own mailbox, especially the pretty ones, the hand-written ones and the anticipated ones.

But what about The Surprises - the bills, the "junk mail", the car parts that are actually for your neighbor but the postman must have mistaken the "9" for a "7" at first glance.

We did ask for that too- you gave your credit card company your address, you're being solicited because your name is on a list and you moved to that house - yes, the one next to your neighbor!

To embark on this path of - Peace, Love, Health or whatever it is, we typically approach it with careful planning- setting out on a journey, using our goals and a compassionate, courageous navigation system as our guides.

But the truth is: The Universe is just Happening. Nature is Creating and Destroying, Divinity is Unfolding. And so, we can sign, seal, and deliver the message, and anxiously wait for the response, or...

We can Just Plug. In.

Get in the Flow.

Open our Hearts,

Feel the Moment.

Surrender.

You can slide into life's dm's - RIGHT! NOW!

Here are some simple ways to reconnect your signal and immediately align with LIFE, SPIRIT, PRANA, QI, GOD ~ Go outside ~ Do something that lights you up ~ Give something important away ~ Watch the sunrise ~ Say, "thank you".

And there are many more... And don't worry, either route you go... you'll get there! In fact, you already are there (and here and now). Keep your head up and believe in magic 🫶

And Remember: Growth happens at the rate of Safety 🙏

Hello Beautiful Soul!

Do you know how to access the wisdom of your spirit? Perhaps you are divinely guided by prayer, meditation, nature, the ocean, animals, children or your heart.

Perhaps it feels like you don't have even a minute to slow down and tune in because, well... Life. I hear you and I feel you! I have valued moving and shaking since I was born...

However, the practice of slowing down, tuning in and setting the GPS points- (Point 1: Noticing honestly where I am at) and (point 2: Honoring where I want to be) is some of the most important work we can do today.

Imagine being on a train that is going Faster and Faster that's headed in the Wrong Direction! It will just take longer to get back to where you need to start from.

So today, to honor yourself and Your Spirit, please give yourself the gift of present moment awareness (which gives others permission to do the same and strengthens your sense of safety, boundaries and communication too, by the way).

Take a few deep breaths and listen to the whispers (or screams) of your body. Sit or lie down and rest unapologetically for 15 minutes. Get outside and watch without judgement as the world does its thing. Let yourself do yours.

Just. Be. Here. Now.

If you are feeling a call from your spirit to get the support you need to commit intentionally into the beginning of your spiritual self-care journey, we are ready for you.

Inside my community, The Worthy Goddess Club, there is room for you and all 8 dimensions of your wellness to get a tune up.
Your spirit leads and you learn to listen to it under the guidance of a certified Trauma-Informed Health and Wellness Coach and the support of a Goddess Sisterhood Community!
