🌍 The human experience is LIFE. It has ups, downs, twists and turns.

Bodywork is the craft of doing LIFE with the person who entrusted me with their care. It has ups, downs, twists and turns.

Mindfully moving with the body and nurturing the nervous system.

Thai massage and assisted stretching are not the same thing.

☸️One is a centuries-old healing art rooted in Buddhist tradition, Ayurvedic medicine, and a deep understanding of the body’s energetic pathways. The other is a fitness-industry product in a strip mall.

🙏At Bodhi Work, Thai massage is practiced the way it was meant to be — dynamic, intuitive, floor-based, and fully clothed. No tables. No timers. No franchise.

💆🏽‍♀️ Accepting new Thai Massage and MLD clients in Ann Arbor. Link in bio to book.

It’s official. Our 55-Hour Manual Lymphatic Drainage Hybrid Training is fully approved through NCBTMB and eligible for New York State sponsorship for license renewal (Provider ID: 1002991).

This is not a weekend crash course and not rushed CE culture — a great education shouldn’t be a quick fix, and good things take time.

Our 5-week hybrid structure includes 25 hours of virtual lecture and 30 hours of in-person intensive training with deep focus on lymphatic physiology, pathology, oncology considerations, and true clinical application.

Join us for our next cohort this summer Virtual Lectures: June/July with hands-on locations in Ann Arbor (July) and @soma.schoolofmassage Traverse City (August). Whether you’re a licensed massage therapist seeking advanced lymphatic training or a client in Ann Arbor looking for highly educated, thoughtful therapeutic care, you are in the right place.

Rest • Restore • Renew.
