Stop doing these 5 things if you take Creatine ⚠️

1. Don’t skip your water. Creatine pulls water into your muscles. If you don’t hydrate you’ll cramp up.

2. Don’t dry scoop it. It is a choking hazard and it does not absorb any better. Always mix it with liquid.

3. Don’t expect instant magic. Creatine takes time to build up in your system and you need daily consistency.

4. Don’t stress over a heavy loading phase. Twenty grams a day can upset your stomach while a steady three to five grams daily works just fine.

5. Don’t mix it with boiling hot liquids. Extreme heat can degrade the creatine compound. by @matan_bensimchon
