Before you arrive, we want you to know who will be holding the space for you💚 💁🏽‍♀️ Fatima is the founder of Maternal Serenity and the heart behind everything we do here. As an advanced clinical reflexologist, maternity nurse, aromatherapist and reiki practitioner, she has dedicated her work to supporting women through every chapter of their maternal journey. Fatima brings both deep clinical knowledge and a genuine warmth to every session — the kind of presence that makes you feel safe the moment you walk through the door. Her belief is simple: that every woman deserves to feel truly cared for, not just seen to. 💁🏻‍♀️ Jessima @moonstonemidwife is a highly experienced specialist midwife, hypnobirthing practitioner and infant feeding specialist. She has spent her career walking alongside women through pregnancy, birth, and those tender early weeks with their babies. Jessima holds space in a way that is calm, knowledgeable and deeply reassuring — never clinical, always human. She meets you where you are and helps you find confidence in yourself and your body. Together, they bring something rare — clinical expertise and genuine care, held in the same room. We cannot wait to welcome you.☺️ 📍 Maternal Serenity Studio @batterseapwrstn 🔗 Link in bio to book your place by @maternalserenity

Firstly thank you to everyone following our journey from the start and to all our new supporters; beyond grateful to you all! We felt it was about time I took a moment to introduce myself!🤭 #meetthemaker 💗 👋🏽 Hello, I'm Fatima, founder of Maternal Serenity.☺️✨ Where do I start?🤪 During my time working within various NHS trusts and running my private consultancy practice, I accumulated a wealth of knowledge (15yrs 🤭) in midwifery, complementary therapy and advanced reflexology, and newborn sleep training (to name a few😅) dedicated to providing an extra level of care and support during the early journey of parenthood. Thankfully this experience equipped me with the skills necessary for the evolution of Maternal Serenity. 🪷✨ As a mother of two, I realised that one of the most challenging yet beautiful times in a woman's life is during the early journey of parenthood. Self-care is so vital but often overlooked when caring for others.💝 Maternal Serenity is more than just a business to me - it's my passion. I believe in the power of aromatherapy products and the difference they can make to a woman's well-being during preconception, pregnancy and beyond. I am so grateful to be able to do what I love and make a difference in the lives of others. I wake up every day feeling blessed and motivated to continue my work with Maternal Serenity.🥹🙏🏽✨ Thank you so much for being here and supporting our brand. We hope our products bring you as much joy as we have experienced in making them.💕 - Lots of Love and Healing Light from me to you! 🪬🧚🏽‍♀️✨ ✨ 👩🏽‍🦱 #bohobraids by @hair_by_vee_knolimit_ 💫 ✨ #femalefounded #mumpreneurlife #aboutme #womeninbiz #facebehindthebrand #businesswoman #mindfulmama #reflexologist #midwife #aromatherapist #postnataldoula #formulator #energyhealingpractitioner by @maternalserenity
✨Pregnancy Day Retreat✨ . Last Sunday I had a very special afternoon with another mum to be 🤰 in a beautiful studio near Battersea Power Station @batterseapwrstn lead by Fatima @maternalserenity and Jessima @moonstonemidwife . We started with a welcome circle followed by breathing techniques and visualisations. Next up was a personalised birth planning session with midwife Jessima and pregnancy reflexology with Fatima. We finished the afternoon with a visual meditation and closing circle. We also received a goodie bag full of useful and lovely gifts. 🩷 . Thank you Fatima and Jessima for making it such a wonderful afternoon. I came away feeling relaxed, knowledgeable and more confident going forward into this last stage of pregnancy. . #pregnancyretreatday#maternalserenity#moonstonemidwife#mumtobe#pregnancyretreat by @maternalserenity

The most meaningful feedback comes from the women who spend the day with us. Here’s Zoe’s full reflection on our Pregnancy Retreat Day😍 “I recently attended the Maternal Serenity pregnancy retreat and it was such a special experience during this pregnancy. The entire day felt so thoughtfully put together, with beautiful touches throughout, from creating our own bump oils and bath salts to a delicious afternoon tea, birth preparation sessions and deeply restorative relaxation practices. One of my favourite parts was connecting with other women at a similar stage in pregnancy, and I even left having made a lovely new friend. What really stood out was the wealth of knowledge that Fatima and Jessima shared with us. Their expertise, warmth and passion created such a supportive environment, leaving me feeling more informed, confident and positive about the final weeks of pregnancy and birth. I would wholeheartedly recommend this experience to any expectant mother. It was a wonderful reminder that mothers deserve to be nurtured, celebrated and cared for.” — Zoe 📍Our next retreat is this Sunday 28th June, 12–3pm — 3min walk from Battersea Power Station.
