Are you in Chatham, Kent, today? Then head down to the library and check out the Author fair! I'll be there selling my sci-fi, horror, and LGBTQIA+ books and stickers! by @mattdoylemediaprojects

Been keeping the weight a little lower on some exercises during leg day due to a minor knee twinge. Now slowly adding it back on again. Gonna keep moving forward and do even better in the comps next year :) by @mattdoylemediaprojects

Finished my session today with some dual 15kg axe holds. Kept the height on this last one around the middle. Good fun exercise, this one. by @mattdoylemediaprojects

I don't mind posting failed attempts, because I like to be able to look back and see the progress. I will say, though, that this one is frustrating. I felt like 200kg would go yesterday. Hell, if I could have gotten it up one more inch, I could have hitched it. This is absolutely progress, and it will come, but my word, it's annoying XD by @mattdoylemediaprojects

What a day!! 💪🏼

Our first ever Cruz Strongman comp is officially done and we honestly couldn’t be happier with how it all went. Everything went to plan, the atmosphere was unreal and everyone who competed couldn’t be more supportive of each other 🖤💚

Massive well done to every single competitor who came down and gave it everything. Some seriously impressive lifts and some very questionable faces 😂

A HUGE thank you to everyone who helped make today happen, from the volunteers and judges to everyone who helped set up, pack away and support us, and of course @_billsanders_ shouting through the streets 📢 We genuinely couldn’t have done it without you all❤️

Can’t wait to go bigger and better next year! 💪🏼

Well done everyone! 🏆

Cruz's Strongest Man is done! Great day again, and I managed to finish 3rd overall. Now, no more comps until next year! I need the rest! XD by @mattdoylemediaprojects

On my way to Cruz's Strongest Man. Last strongman competition of the year for me, so let's see if I can finish on a high! by @mattdoylemediaprojects
