The 2026 Mesilla Valley Community’s Choice Awards, presented by the Las Cruces Sun-News.

To our beautiful Las Cruces community, our hearts are overflowing with gratitude, love, appreciation, and respect. To be recognized by the very community we have the privilege of serving means more to our family than we could ever fully express.

This season of rebuilding Matteo’s Eatery has required faith, perseverance, humility, and the courage to begin again. And through it all, God has been faithful.

But He has also placed some incredible people along our path — YOU, our community.

You encouraged us.
You showed up for us.
You supported our little food truck.
You shared our posts, stood in our lines, brought your families, celebrated our victories, and reminded us again and again why we kept going.

Today, Matteo’s Eatery is beginning to see the fruit of a season that was planted in faith and watered by the love and encouragement of our community.

Being voted #1 Food Truck in the 2026 Best of Mesilla Valley Community’s Choice Awards is incredibly special because this recognition came from you.

Above every award, every accomplishment, and every recognition, we give God all the glory. And to our Las Cruces community, please know that we will never take your support for granted.

You believed in Matteo’s during a season of rebuilding.

We will carry that with us forever.

From our entire family to yours, thank you for loving Matteo’s Eatery. Thank you for believing in us. Thank you for allowing us the privilege of serving you.

This is more than an award to us.

This is a harvest. 🌾

With all our love and gratitude,
The Matteo’s Eatery Family 💙 by @matteoseatery

📢PSA‼️🚨⚠️ Our Las Cruces community has always been at the heart of every decision we make and today, we’re inviting you into this one.

At Matteo’s Eatery, our desire is simple: to serve you well, and to serve you at the times that best fit your life.

We would truly value your input…

Should we OPEN Monday through Saturday?
Would you enjoy us extending our hours on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays to serve you for dinner as well?

Your voice matters to us more than you know. Every response helps us shape an experience that is not only convenient but meaningful for our community.

Please take a moment to share your thoughts below, we are listening. 🤍 by @matteoseatery
