Sometimes you belt squat 1248lbs for 2x10 that's just how it is on this bitch of an earth

Lil explode-y but I'll be real I'm fuckin floored I'm capable of this. Did 1228 for 10 and 1208 for 10 before this.

715lbs on hack squat for 10. This angle makes it look shallow but it makes my legs look dope, so. Lol. Granted I'm only getting just past 90deg, I have EDS and my joints collapse on an ass to grass in this range of motion. Call bullshit if you want, i will remain thicc. First two are intentional half reps.

It's not that you should fear me for getting 1378lbs for 4x10 on leg press, it's that you should fear me for doing it immediately after a hill sprint HIIT session.

Exhausted today but just managed to squeak out 4x8 on the 150s. Not bad for a dude who got cut in half 8 months ago.

Someone asked for video, as mentioned i make a lot more attempts than successful reps. Got just past parallel on about 4 of 10 on my last full set. That's my only goal, I have EDS so ass to grass depth isn't something I do heavy. Sue me if you want.

Wearing white before labor day by @mattgrote

It's been 6 months to the day since I woke up from surgery. I've done a lot to rebuild my body since then.

8 weeks after emergency open heart surgery, I ran a half marathon on a treadmill. Then a week later I did a real one, @brooklynexperiencehalf . I only managed 2:15 but I figure that's decent for a guy who's sternum is still in two pieces.

From there I pivoted to rebuilding my body. I started with rebuilding my muscle mass and vo2max. Pretty successfully. I don't know how many people can nab a 74 vo2max less than half a year after open heart surgery, but feel free to tag them.

Right now I'm pretty much just set to bulk until my next marathon prep. I'm hitting some PR's even; just got 1038lbs on belt squat.

I miss my abs and I need to get back to distance running, which is hard cause I did get kinda fat. But I should be super dead, so, I'm not too mad.
