And that’s a wrap on “Iron Jane”! This was my first feature back in the location management side of the film and television industry. 🎬

Transitioning back to the crew side of the industry after my time with Quixote Studios has been an incredibly rewarding journey. I’m especially grateful to have had the opportunity to be part of this production and to continue building on my experience within the Georgia film community.

There is something incredibly special about being able to represent my home state of Georgia while doing what I love. Georgia continues to be an incredible place to work, create, and build a career in film and television, and I’m proud to contribute to that community.

I’m looking forward to what’s next and to the many opportunities, productions, and relationships still ahead. Grateful for this chapter and excited for the next one. by @matthewdavidsparks

I am incredibly grateful to have received an Excellence Award from @hudsonppi @quixotestudios for “Leading with Humanity”.

This recognition means more to me than I can easily put in words. This past year, I made the difficult decision to step away from my career in film to pursue a new opportunity, one that still allowed me to stay connected to the industry I love, but in a very different way. Choosing @quixotestudios was a leap of faith, and it has turned out to be one of the most meaningful decisions I’ve ever made.

To be recognized not just for results, but for how I show up, for empathy, care and putting people first, reminds me why I made this leap. I’m thankful to work alongside teammates and leaders who value humanity as much as excellence, and who create space for us to bring our full selves to the work being done.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me, trusted me, and walked alongside me on this crazy journey. This recognition affirms what I know to be true: leading with humanity matters. I’m extremely proud to be a part of a company that values people as much as performance, and I’m committed to continuing to lead with empathy, integrity, and intention.

Cheers to a stronger 2026! by @matthewdavidsparks

No doubt the local food banks will be inundated going into the Thanksgiving holiday. Growing up, my family experienced many times using our EBT card to get the basic necessities.

Please join me in helping our community, fellow humans out by merely passing them food and supplies.

I will be volunteering my first shift on Tuesday 11/11 at the Food Distribution center in Jonesboro, Ga from 1p-5p. Now is the time we need to extend our hands out to our fellow humans. by @matthewdavidsparks
