❤️ A Song I Wrote For Vanessa ❤️

Today I surprised my beautiful wife, Vanessa, with something I’ve never done before — I wrote a song just for her. 🎶❤️

It’s called “Thank You Lord For Vanessa” and every word comes from our life together.

From two young hearts meeting at 19, to Vanessa leaving her family and the Philippines behind and crossing an ocean because of love… to 26 years together, raising Bailey and Maya, the laughter, the challenges, the faith and all the memories we’ve made along the way. ❤️🌊

I even had to include her famous sneeze that can literally shake the whole house! 😂

But most of all, the song is a thank-you to God for bringing Vanessa into my life and for the incredible woman she has been to me and our family. 🙏❤️

Vanessa, this song is yours. Written for you, and for no one else.

26 years later, and I’d still choose you. ❤️

Our beautiful trip to Santorini ❤️ by @mattlmay

Happy Birthday, Bailey! 🎉❤️

Today we celebrate not just another year of your life, but the incredible person you are. You are one of the kindest, most caring and loving people I know. Your passion, creativity and talent inspire so many, and your honesty, generosity and hardworking nature make me incredibly proud to call you my son.

Never lose the beautiful heart that God has given you. I pray that He continues to guide your steps, strengthen your faith, open doors of opportunity, protect you wherever you go, and bless you with good health, joy, peace and happiness. May God continue to use your gifts to make a difference in the lives of others and lead you into an amazing future filled with His love and purpose.

Always remember how deeply you are loved—not only by us, but by God. Keep trusting Him, keep believing in yourself, and keep shining your light for the world to see.

Happy Birthday, Son. We love you more than words can ever say. May this year be your best one yet. God bless you always. 🙏❤️🎂 #Baileys24 by @mattlmay

Being together with my family is so special and it fills my heart every time 🙏🏻❤️ by @mattlmay

To my beautiful daughter,

I just want you to know how incredibly proud I am of the person you’ve become. You are strong in ways you don’t always realise, intelligent in how you think and approach life, beautiful inside and out, and one of the kindest people I know.

Never let anyone make you question your worth or dim your light. Your kindness is a strength, not a weakness. Your intelligence will open doors, your courage will carry you through life’s challenges, and your heart will leave a positive mark on everyone you meet.

Always remember that God created you with purpose. He has gifted you with unique talents, a compassionate heart, and the strength to overcome whatever life places in your path. Trust in Him, even when the road ahead seems uncertain, because His plans for you are greater than anything you could imagine.

Keep believing in yourself, keep your faith strong, and never stop chasing the dreams God has placed on your heart. No matter where life takes you, remember that you are deeply loved by God, cherished by your family, and capable of achieving amazing things through His grace.

I’ll always be in your corner, praying for you, cheering you on, and loving you every step of the way.

Love always,
Dad ❤️ by @mattlmay
