EP 1 of ❄️ Who Wants the Mic ❄️ Was An Absolute Pleasure

When we first clipped the set we ended up with 36 vids, It was really difficult to cut this down to just 10. Sup friends, matty here

Excited to be bringing you this mix I’ve had in the vault for a while. It’s a collection of dubstep and 140s that I feel capture the breath and heaviness of the genre.

I’ve been a dubstep fan since a friend in first year showed me purple city by @joker_kapsize , I had never heard anything like it and I couldn’t get enough.

About a year ago I went from being a fan to being obsessed after seeing @glume_uk and @phossa_uk take over hidden with @whitepeachrecords

Since then my music has revolved around 140, so much so I needed to a take a break earlier this year because I felt my brain was melting from the dubstep. Featured in this mix are just a few of the songs that have shaped this year for me.
