They say it takes a village to make a film. What they don’t say is that it also takes an incredible amount of heart. Maua wants to thank the amazing crew behind LOST every person who showed up, believed in the story, pushed through the long days, the heat, the exhaustion, and gave a piece of themselves to this film. Thank you for everything you gave to LOST. This film wouldn’t exist without you. With love and gratitude, Nicola More to come… CAST & CREW Starring: @marcoboccireal Starring: Thea Maria Lollobattista EP: @mauroprosperi EP: @rebeccamorandi Producer: @alessiogiurgola EP / Director: @steveciccarelli AD: @pietro.cornini DP: @joshuamakela AC / Drone Operator: @concaripaolo DIT / Editor: @pietro_barba Sound mixer: @sound_of_tornitore Production Designer: @adelebiraghi Carpenter: Domenico Greco Prosthetic make-up department head: @matilde_fumagalli Costume designer: @valentinabisco VFX Supervisor: @eleni.guerrera FX artist: Kirolles Aziz PA: @federiboh PA: @leoovitali BTS Photography: @akastickman Producer, Post Sound: @mannymalanni Composer: @fernandosarrias_ Special thanks : @michellebandach @milenascionti @fabianofederico by @maua_films
In 1994, Mauro Prosperi entered the Marathon des Sables, one of the world’s most demanding endurance races across the Sahara Desert. During a sandstorm, he became separated from the race and lost in the desert. What followed was a ten-day fight for survival against one of the most unforgiving environments on Earth a story of endurance, instinct, resilience, and an extraordinary will to live. LOST, starring Marco Bocci as Mauro Prosperi, is the first cinematic narrative project to bring Mauro’s story to the screen in this form. by @maua_films
