🍍 From the pineapple fields to the kombucha can

We love seeing Maui Gold pineapple take on new life in locally made products! Our friends at Vitalitea stopped by for a look behind the scenes at our farm facilities before heading back to their production facility to turn our sweet Maui Gold pineapple into refreshing pineapple kombucha. 🍍✨

A little farm-to-can magic, made right here on Maui!

Happy Halloween from the Extended Horizons crew from 20 feet under 🍍 🎃

Our pineapple-o’-lantern came courtesy of @mauigoldpineapple, and yes, he’s a little seasick.

Don’t worry, our naturalist guides made sure he came back with us. He needs a name. Drop your pick below 👇🏻

Our candidate meet-and-greet mixer earlier this month was a fun one! For those who arrived early, @hawaiifarmproject provided a custom tour and tasting with one of the sweetest and demanded of products from Hawaii, @mauigoldpineapple 🍍. Endorsed candidates met members at the @hgsmaui in the private outdoor venue space where decadent meat appetizers, veggies and the famous upside-down pineapple cake was served. In addition, a very special allied member @shakamobilebar sponsored this mixer hosting wines and customized cocktails by Haliimaile General Store mixologist, adding that final touch to our endorsement night!

Mahalo to everyone who supported this mixer, shopped local with our allied members and who took part in the political endorsement process! Our voice in this election shapes Maui’s economic health, community health and future of our next generation!

If you have not already, get out and vote on November 3rd and shape Maui with us.

Lastly, mahalo to our beloved photographers 📷@mauiphotohub and @pacificdreamphotography !

Coming down the line. 🍍

Each pineapple passes through the hands of our crew, part of the everyday rhythm that keeps Maui Gold moving from the farm and on to its next stop.

Grown here. Handled here. Maui Gold through and through.

Another day in motion on the farm. 🍍

From the fields to processing, there’s a steady rhythm to the work. Trucks roll, pineapples move, and the crew keeps pace.

A glimpse at the people and places behind Maui Gold.

I was so stoked to find that @mauigoldpineapple is abundantly available in Maui stores again. And now you can ship them anywhere in the US & Canada straight from their website!
I got excited when they sent me 4 pineapples from Maui — I started to think of recipes, but who am I kidding?! The best way to enjoy the best pineapples is just like that. They’re so sweet & juicy, I ate a whole pineapple in one sitting 😬 Then @deniset73 gave me some @enjoysnacks808 premium li hing powder and that was a good way to enjoy a second pineapple 😱
If you’re ever on Maui, book a tour. @lbt808 & I did it once and we even attempted to pick the fruit ourselves! The tour ends with a free pineapple as a gift.
How do YOU enjoy Maui Gold pineapple? Mahalo to Maui Gold for the sweet surprise!
