🇹🇿✨ #vijananamaendeleo #bajeti2026_2027 #youthleadership by @maureen_mayela

Till next time in 2026 Bazaar🔥 by @maureen_mayela

Three days at the @festanzania of Young Leaders Forum having discussions, new perspectives and connections with different people .Learning and giving our insights on digital human rights and our national economy to leadership and the future of Tanzania was a space where we could openly share ideas and learn from one another for future of the nation years from now.

One of the most memorable experiences was our visit to UWAWAMA @uwawamatv , where we learned about the challenges women in Manzese face in their journey towards economic empowerment, often with very limited resources but still making sure they find sources, people,to connect together just leaving no Woman behind struggling by herself financially .
Hearing their stories was a reminder of the importance of standing with women led initiatives and continuing to support their efforts towards economic independence.

It was a good experience, both inside and outside the discussion rooms. As the programme comes to an end soon I’m grateful for the conversations, the people we met and the lessons we carry forward. 🇹🇿 by @maureen_mayela

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of reconnecting with Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete Foundation @kikwete_foundation where we shared the journey of Mwanga Wa Kesho Initiative since its establishment in 2023 highlighting our key achievements, ongoing initiatives, and vision for the future Generation

We extend our sincere appreciation to Madam Vanessa-CEO of JMK Foundation for warmly welcoming us once again, continuing to mentor us, and sharing valuable insights to guide our growth and strengthen our impact.

The discussion focused on our way forward with particular emphasis on building sustainable, community projects, including Kutana na Kesho Yako and our Mid-Year Bazaar projects while exploring ways to expand our reach and create meaningful opportunities for young people and the wider community.

It was a valuable opportunity to reflect on our progress since we connected with them in 2023 and 2024 gain new perspectives, and refine our vision for greater impact.

We are grateful for the guidance, continued mentorship and renewed inspiration as we work towards a more empowered generation and a sustainable future.

A pleasure reconnecting with Hon. Maurine Mhando, ARUSO Judge, during the preparatory meeting for the 2026/2027 Freshers’ Reception. After a long period of Industrial Training and vacation, it feels great to be back, reconnecting with fellow leaders, and preparing to warmly welcome our new students to Ardhi University. by @maureen_mayela

Everything you want is on the other side of fear,
Step up and start working on your vision
You’ll make it !! by @maureen_mayela

It was great opportunity for me to share insights and testimony on how TzNextGen Leaders Cohort 1 shaped me and changed my mindset not only from I want to be a leader to “I want to be useful”

And the Advise i gave them was to look onto these 3 words
NETWORK….DELIVER….VALUE
These 3 things go together …We should not be only the Generation of receiving but mainly a Generation to deliver and offer values

Welcome the 2nd Cohort for this opportunity you got …use it wisely to get more opportunity and knowledge but also remember

“Build Value while you Network and make sure you have something to deliver that has positive impact to the community”

Lead with purpose, serve with humility, and remember that even small actions can make a big difference.

From Learners to Leaders:

We are proud to see @maureen_mayela, @crispina_i_kabale and @patriciageorgechilale stepping forward to share their experiences, insights, and expertise as part of the Intergenerational Leadership Dialogue at the opening ceremony for TNLF Cohort 2.

Their journeys reflect the power of investing in young leaders and creating platforms where young people can inspire, mentor, and empower the next generation.

Through their different fields and leadership spaces, they continue to prove that the impact of leadership development extends far beyond the fellowship.

As Cohort 1 continues to lead and inspire, the future of Tanzania’s leadership remains bright.
