#Superworld designs alternative futures, materialized in built FORM and prototyped as strategic REFORM in the fields of #architecture, #urbanism and #strategicdesign.

---

Superworld is a design practice co-founded in 2018 by Thomas Krall and Maxime Cunin, based in-between #rotterdam , #nl , and #london , #uk .

MATERIALIZING FORM

We design buildings and spaces enriching everyday life. We weave together the natural and the cultural in each specific context, with the ambition to form a better future.

---

The practice is active within, in-between, and beyond the fields of architecture, urbanism, and strategic design. The practice uses design to reimagine the present and envision alternative future, both in its tangible experiences and intangible system.

PROTOTYPING REFORM

We explore how to enable thriving shared realities. We imagine how energy, matter, and land can be differently owned, governed, regulated, or financed.

What if tomorrow’s city was already built, but asked to be organised, managed, regulated, financed, inhabited differently? A city both familiar, yet radically distinct.

As the all-building approach is increasingly challenged—by initiatives such as @houseeurope.eu (@charlottemalterrebarthes, @bplus.xyz) and longer-standing critiques from @cityofsound or @darkmatter_labs—Déjà Vus is a journey into a near-future already present. It explores what it would mean to redefine design and architecture in the already-built city through reorganisation, re-governance, and re-inhabitation.

What if your building’s association ran like a civic board—tracking watts, litres and kilos, not just fees and conflicts?

What if every decision about your property counted not only for you, but for the neighbourhood—each wall, roof and garden contributing to the same city?
