Apparently, the hardest part of abdominal surgery is being told to do absolutely nothing. This was painfully hard for me as someone who likes to do absolutely everything…

A week of forced rest, uncomfortable realizations, and learning that maybe putting myself first shouldn’t require a medical procedure next time.

I wrote a little something about control, motherhood, guilt, and learning to be a bit more selfish.

Live on my Substack, linked in bio 😘 by @maxeygreene

I’ve never been particularly good at keeping things I love to myself. If I find something good, chances are I’ve already told five people about it, whether they asked or not.

So I’m giving my unsolicited recommendations a permanent home on Substack.

Introducing **WHAT I LOVE**, a little edit of things I’m wearing, using, buying, and occasionally just obsessed with. Some practical, some indulgent, some entirely unnecessary.

First edition is live today! Nine things, a few strong opinions, and some underwear I am apparently very passionate about.

Read it on Substack, and if you like it, subscribe. I’d love to pop up in your inbox. 💌

Here’s a look inside what’s in my bag on a very typically day. If you want a link to anything, leave a comment! by @maxeygreene

We went to Brooklyn to go pumpkin picking….

Felt super fall in this look. The key to nailing fall elevated casual is LAYERING. Put as many things on your body as possible and call it chic.

How I keep my naturally weak nails looking strong and healthy without stepping into a salon. ✨

I used to love getting my nails done when I was a full time model. It was something I had to do weekly and it was during a time when I could give up 2 hours every week to sitting in a massage chair that never actually hit me in the right spot lol.

The idea of going to a nail salon these days actually makes me want to pass out. 🫣

I maintain my natural nails at home with this once a week routine-

Cool, cool. I’m fine- this isn’t bothering me at all. I’m totally enjoying resting.

No one wants to pick up the chair at least? Cool cool no problem.

10/10 recommend getting your hernia repaired and buying yourself a @lovesteadyco band 👏
