Fun fact no.3️⃣ about this artwork:

The final PSD file weighs 17,4 GB. At the end, I had to wait 1 or 2 sec at each strock I drew because it took too much RAM and processor on my computer.

A special commission for a friend’s birthday! The brief was pretty simple: Bleach + Mount Fuji. I hope I managed to tick all the boxes! ⛰️⚔️

Fun fact: I’ve actually never watched Bleach… despite it being such a huge anime classic! 😅 And honestly, drawing a character or universe I don’t know is always a little more challenging. But that’s also what made this project so fun!

Did I respect the assignment? 👀

🌸 Mulan — my all-time favorite Disney character.

She has a pretty special place in my heart. She was actually the only Disney movie I saw in theaters as a kid, with my parents.

And at the time, she felt so different from the usual Disney princesses. She wasn’t waiting for a prince to save her. She wasn’t even really a princess. She was a young woman who was willing to fight, take risks, and put herself in danger to protect her family.

Basically… maybe the first Disney boss lady. 😂⚔️

True story: my grand mother's name was Mulan. 🇨🇳

And you? Which Disney character is your favorite? 👀

What if there is a Catwoman in the Maxiverse?🖤🐾

The idea actually came to me after watching Black Torch and discovering Rago. And honestly, it was the perfect excuse to finally create my own feline heroine!

Especially since… cats are my favorite animals. 😹❤️

What is your favorite animal? 👀

“Don’t use AI to create art. Use your childhood traumas like real artists.” I came across this sentence posted on Instagram that made me laugh. 😂

So I had an idea and play a little game with ChatGPT. I asked if it could detect my childhood traumas just by looking at all the drawings I’ve shared over the years. 🎨

And… here’s what it came up with. 🫠

I’m not saying AI is a therapist… but damn, there are some things in there that feel a little too accurate. 😂💀

Maybe I should start drawing flowers instead. 🌸🤣

I was culturally raised to be strong. As the eldest child in a Chinese family, I grew up hearing that crying was a weakness, that there was no excuse to give up, and that I should always aim higher. 💪

Looking back, I understand where it came from. My parents grew up through poverty and hardship, and they endured a lot. They wanted to give us the strength and resilience they had learned the hard way. 💔

And then there was the “aim for excellence” part of my upbringing. 😅

Effort was never really the reward. The result was. And not just any result — it had to be prestigious. 🫠

I was basically programmed to think that earning a good living wasn’t enough… I should be a millionaire. 💰😂Running a marathon wasn’t enough… I should be an Olympic champion. 🏃‍♀️🥇

I was given responsibilities very young, so I learned early that being responsible meant anticipating risks, preventing problems, and keeping things under control.

The more you can anticipate, the fewer surprises you have, right? 👀
Except… trying to control everything also means carrying a massive mental load all the time. 🫠

🎮✨“Video games are relaxing,” he keeps telling me… 😑

And yet this happens almost every single time he's playing! 🤯💥

Good thing I draw digitally and can hit Ctrl + Z whenever I need to save myself from disaster... 😮‍💨

✨ Do you recognize this character? 👀

It’s Ghislaine from the anime Mushoku Tensei, but I decided to redraw her in my own style 🎨✨ because… let’s just say the original version is, ahem, a little bit… hum hum 😅

This is honestly my ultimate body goal 💪🔥. Maybe one day I’ll manage to get that physique too… 😂🏋️‍♀️

Out of all the characters in Netflix's Devil May Cry, she was the one with the strongest aura. No demonic powers, no supernatural gifts... just determination, skill, and the courage to stand her ground. ⚔️

Did anyone else watch the series? And more importantly... who here grew up playing the Devil May Cry games? 🎮👀

I can't believe it's already been one month since we got married. Time really does fly when you're making beautiful memories together. ❤️

To celebrate this little milestone, I drew one of my favorite moments from our wedding... 😄
As we were about to cut the dessert, the champagne bottle suddenly popped all by itself! 🍾💥 It scared me so much that I made the most ridiculous face imaginable. 😂

Luckily (or maybe unluckily 🤣), several of our guests managed to capture that exact moment on camera, so my legendary expression will live on forever! 😅
