A big fan of core exercises and all-body fitness! ✨💪🏾
I love experimenting with what I learn from others or also try out different ways of executing them.

This particular one is from one of the beats81 outdoor sessions with Qi

Try it out the next time you go to the gym!

10K new PB 43.57 mins 💪🏾✨🏃🏾‍♂️

My face in the picture says it all! It was a lovely night run under the rain 🌧️ Very please with my result even though I had no time goal going in.

When I saw that at 5K in I was below the average pace of my then personal best, I was convinced I could beat it and just to not decrease my pace 👏🏾😇

Santa Marta, Taganga & Minca 🇨🇴

A bridge between intensity and closure.
After Medellín, I needed a slowdown — and Santa Marta gave me exactly that. Beach afternoons in Taganga, and a day trip into Minca’s cooler, drier jungle for coffee, cacao and waterfalls I actually got into.
The lesson that stayed with me came from a cicada: years spent underground as a nymph, before finally emerging, climbing, shedding its old shell, and living its short adult life fully.
It made me ask — what parts of my own shell am I ready to leave behind?

Recently had this exercise in one of the beat81 sessions in Köln with my bro @ngqulam as the instructor and loved it 💪🏾✨ @beat81koeln

The bigger challenge is as finding a sport for my phone I a few secs without disrupting in the class

Medellín 🇨🇴

A city of movement.

Spanish classes in the morning, gym sessions, dancing, new friendships, spontaneous nights out, and conversations that made the days feel full.

But somewhere between all that energy, Medellín also taught me when to slow down.

I arrived wanting immersion and left with more confidence in my Spanish, a better understanding of how I use my energy, and a reminder that not every connection needs to become something more.

Green mountains, warm people, good rhythm.

Medellín felt easy to like. ❤️

A short getaway discovering a small cute city & visiting a dear friend ✨🫶🏾
#Cergy positively surprised me with the cute parks, family oriented neighbourhoods, well maintained monuments that are practical for everyday use like fitness, jogging, cycling, etc.

Bogotá 🇨🇴

A city I experienced slowly.

Cold mornings, homemade breakfasts, walks through La Candelaria, coffee stops, Monserrate, and streets covered in art telling stories of history, resistance and identity.

Bogotá also gave me some beautiful, unexpected connections — fellow solo travellers who became companions for a few days, and strangers whose simple acts of kindness stayed with me.

It was a city that intrigued me, even though I never completely shook off a certain heaviness while I was there.

Looking back at these memories now feels bittersweet. Colombia has just been struck by a devastating earthquake, with many lives lost and communities affected.

My thoughts are with the people of Colombia and everyone impacted. 🇨🇴❤️

Bogotá through its walls 🎨🇨🇴

Before this trip, graffiti was mostly something I noticed, or usually just think - „oh cool“!

In Bogotá, I learned to actually look at it.

Behind the colours are stories of identity, resistance, politics, inequality, indigenous culture and everyday life. The graffiti tour gave me a completely different perspective on street art and the role it can play in giving people and communities a voice.

And of course, I had to leave my own little mark at the end of the tour. 😄🎨

Sometimes a city tells its story through museums and monuments.

Sometimes, you just have to look at its walls.

Bahia 🇧🇷

From the vibrant streets of Salvador to the tranquil beaches of Morro de São Paulo, Bahia moved to its own rhythm.

Every drumbeat, every smile, every sunset seemed to carry a story.

Walking through Pelourinho, discovering the deep Afro-Brazilian roots woven into the culture, tasting familiar flavors that echoed West Africa, and slowing down by the ocean reminded me that some places don’t just welcome you—they resonate with you.

Some journeys take you somewhere new.

Others bring you a little closer to where you come from.

Obrigado, Bahia. Axé. ❤️
