hey dreamers 👋

founder @mayaangelamcmillin here to welcome all the new followers to the Powerblast Portal.

i am so excited to see Powerblast resonating with so many souls.

Powerblast started in my bedroom
b y m y s e l f
dancing wildy to edm music every new and full moon expressing a wide spectrum of emotion.

i started to love the emotions i feared like my triggers, heartbreak and loss.

i learned how to intentionally evoke the feel good emotions like excitement, my inner child and peace.

i learned how to frequency match my self to my wildest dreams and ACTUALLY manifest them.

without anything outside of my self.

just me, my feelings, my music and my dance.

i narrowed down the 8 emotions i mastered and created Powerblast Soul Embodiment Self Reflection Practices in 2023.

since then we have worked with countless events and communities dancing all over the midwest.

moving forward we are so excited to grow a community of our own, host virtual and in person events, bring you more incredible dance meditations and build this thing as HUGE AS POSSIBLE!

if you love dancing, meditation, edm music, neuroscience, manifestation and raising the frequency of this planet: youre home 🌎

stay tuned ⭐️

major difference in weight, appearance and ✨overall aura ✨

a lot of people will look at this and think that i just needed to lose weight but it was so much more than that.

emotional weight takes form in lowering your vibrational frequency, inability to regulate your nervous system and dims your light. when we dont know how to process and feel our emotions we hold on to physical and emotional weight. when we speak negatively to ourselves we dim our light.

therapists will call it emotional regulation.
witches will call it glamour magik.
scientists will call it neuroscience.

no matter what you label it:
speaking nicely to your self, having emotional harmony, and building a healthy relationship to your soul changes your appearance and your life.

what are you saying when you talk to your self?
what are you feeding your mind on the daily?

change your self concept.

change your life.

READY TO FEEL LIKE YOUR SELF AGAIN? 💖
i offer in person + virtual 1:1 embodiment coaching where you will learn how to use music, dance and meditation to transform your emotional energy into more passion, a healthy relationship with your emotions and an unshakable relationship with your Soul 🦋 sessions focus on creating sacred space, learning the art of emotional embodiment and a guided dance meditation by yours truly ❤️
