Hello November ♥️ by @mayafitzrovia

Did you know that back in 2023, Maya was featured in the Financial Times as “One of the Best Bakeries in the UK”?

Our passion for sourdough, our commitment to baking with just five ingredients, and our fresh-from-the-counter approach helped us earn this wonderful recognition. ❤️

Three years on, our passion is just as strong. We still believe in doing things with care, keeping things simple, and serving you the very best we can — every single day.

Thank you for being part of our journey. We can’t wait to welcome you to Maya and share a little bit of our world with you.

📍 19 Goodge Street, Fitzrovia

With love,
Oniz & Serdar ❤️

A generous gift of freshly picked garden courgettes inspired today’s Herby Courgette Bake 🌿 —made with fresh herbs, feta, mature cheddar and rolled oats, then baked until golden and sliced to share.

Perfect lunch idea with today’s salad 🥗

Thank you @jamesbell_wey for sharing your garden harvest ☺️
