A little sweetness, dressed in spring. 🩷 Soft blooms, fresh berries, and delicate little treats, because the prettiest moments are often the sweetest 😍 Bonus tip: I used negative space to keep the compositions soft and airy, letting the flowers and desserts become the focal point without making the frame feel crowded. #foodstyling #visualstorytelling #pinkaesthetics #love #foodstagram Cheesecake and Macarons prepared by @mayasurvi00 Shot by me @tasteinfocus_ by @mayasurvi00
A little indulgence, captured in its quietest form. 🤎 I used soft, directional light and a darker background to bring out the rich chocolate texture while keeping the spiral as the visual focus. The scattered cocoa adds a natural, imperfect touch to the frame. Photography tip: Don’t be afraid of shadows. They can add depth, mood, and dimension…especially when photographing food. This is hybrid melon of Cantaloupe and Honeydew. It was sweeter with aroma. Hmm, kind of liked it. #freshfruit #summerfruit by @mayasurvi00
Pistachio cranberry shortbread cookies: Every crumb has a story. Light, texture, and a touch of warmth, capturing homemade comfort, one frame at a time. Photography, for me, is more than creating beautiful images. It’s about preserving moments, celebrating handmade artistry, and evoking the emotions that food, light, and texture can bring. I hope every frame makes you pause, feel, and connect.💕 Photography Tip: Texture is what makes food feel real. Position your light at about a 45° angle instead of directly overhead to bring out every detail. #foodstyling #foodphotography #freshbaking #stilllifephotography #visualstorytelling by @mayasurvi00
Every photograph has a voice. Mine speaks of moments, emotions, and the beauty found in everyday life. Because the best images don’t just capture a scene, they tell a story. 💕 Tip: Adding a human element…a hand, a glance, or a simple interaction, can transform a beautiful photo into a memorable story. #foodstyling #foodphotography #visualstorytelling #creativephotography #capturethemoment by @mayasurvi00

Coffee time @ my cafe by @mayasurvi00
A little chocolate indulgence. 🫶 This homemade chocolate brownie isn’t just about satisfying a sweet tooth, it’s also part of my journey in food photography. I’ve been experimenting with lighting, composition, props, and color to learn how to make simple food look more inviting and tell a story through the image. Every shoot teaches me something new, and I’m enjoying the process one photo at a time. I’d love to know what stands out to you most in this shot. Centered by Choice ✨🤩 With this image, I wanted to create a calm, refined composition that keeps the viewer’s attention entirely on the dessert. Instead of following the rule of thirds, I intentionally chose a centered composition to emphasize symmetry and balance. The diagonal slate, controlled lighting, and carefully placed negative space add depth while keeping the frame clean and uncluttered. My goal was to create a photograph that feels elegant, timeless, and intentional. What are your thoughts on centered compositions? Do you find them as compelling as the rule of thirds? :) #foodstyling #foodphotography #dessertphotography #foodart #minimalistphotography by @mayasurvi00
