CONGRATULATIONS MABEL HANNAH TAIWO! 🎉🎉 #hallelujahchallenge #congratulations by @maybelltaiwo
At the Piggyvest OpenHouse 2026, I had just one thing in mind - You know Piggyvest so you should hear about the exciting updates coming soon! 😅💙 #OpenHouse2026 #piggyvestopenhouse But that expectation was completely shattered! 😂😂 I got more! I didn’t just get to know about most of the exciting updates that you now see (if you’re a Piggyvest user and I mean why should you be! 😒) I got to unwind from pile of stress, meet amazing people and learn so much! The fun started from the entrance literally! I was in awe at the organization and planning that would have gone into hosting such an amazing program! 💙💙 The entire ambience of the National Theatre depicts the excellence of Piggyvest and people were genuinely excited even before the program kicked off! These little side attractions were thoughtfully put together. And that easily influenced networking! I just wanted to explore it all! 😅 For someone who went alone, I had lots of pictures and videos because it was as though everyone was extra nice! 💙 I made two new friends and saw two old friends I hadn’t seen for the longest! Now to the reason I thought I was here? It wasn’t just insight into thr Piggyvest product. It was a moment of genuine reflection and challenge to do better! The founders are super amazing people that takes feedbacks very seriously; are actively involved in the success of the brand and intentionally put in their best. And as a business owner, I couldn’t help but admire these values and really want to do more! My major highlight at the event was the business pitch session. I am completely blown away at the ideas young Nigerians come up with! The solutions they create from the problems we wouldn’t even have thought existed! Gosh! 🥹🔥 Every one who contested had my heart! And the winners absolutely deserved it! 📌 It was an incredible session! Thank you @piggyvest @piggyvestbiz That pitch session was the most intentional thing ever! Cheers to the next decade! 🥂💙 by @maybelltaiwo
Resilient! Brave! Curious! Pacesetters! The girl child is so much more than you can think! Here’s to every girl learning the power of her own voice and to everyone clearing the path for her to use it. ✨ #internationaldayofthegirlchild #endchildmarriage #girlpower by @maybelltaiwo
“You’re enjoying o! Working from the comfort of your home!” 😂 Someone said this to me again last week when I mentioned I’m a hybrid worker (mostly fully remote, to be honest!). While working from home definitely has its perks, including eating way more food than usual 🫣there’s a huge misconception about what remote work actually looks like. Doing remote work doesn’t mean doing less. As an Executive Assistant and Social Media VA, my job is to stay proactive, take heavy tasks off my executives’ plates, and manage content creation from start to finish; from strategy and shooting to editing and analytics. The lines between work and life blur easily, often leading to longer hours and weekend check-ins. This isn’t about who works harder; remote vs. on-site. I mean, every work setup has its own demands. At the end of the day, location is just the backdrop. Excellence is the priority, no matter where the work gets done! ✨ How has your work setup been treating you lately? Have a beautiful week ahead! 💙 #maybelltheva #remoteworklife #monday by @maybelltaiwo
A weekend to reminisce over a past weekend! 😅💙 Slide 4 gets me all the time! What do you mean it’s a picture!! 😩😂😂 Meanwhile, I’m up for more impactful events that will take me out of the house during weekends 😎 T for tenqsss! 😅 by @maybelltaiwo
Full-circle moments always have a quiet way of reminding us that no effort in our growth journey is ever lost. Back in university, being actively involved in leadership with JCI UNIBEN was such an integral part of my identity. But like most things after graduation, life took over, priorities shifted, and that chapter naturally paused. What never stopped, though was my zeal to embrace volunteerism at every given opportunity. That opportunity came a few months ago when @tochukwuu_stanley gave me that gentle nudge to step back in and volunteer for the @jcilagoscoral French Language Exchange Program. Fast forward to last Sunday, and it truly felt like everything aligned: • I was officially inducted into the city chapter, JCI Lagos Coral! 🥂 • I graduated from the French Language Exchange Program, where I had the privilege of serving as the Assistant Community Manager. • I was honored with an award for being proactive throughout the program. • And to top it off, I received a full sponsorship to attend the JCI National Conference in Ibadan next month! Stepping into a new space and receiving this level of recognition and backing right from the start feels deeply validating. It’s a reminder that when you show up genuinely, commit to learning, and put in the work; even in small spaces, people notice! Et oui, mon français s’améliore chaque jour! 😅🇫🇷 I’m grateful for the push to step back out, grateful for community, and excited for all the growth and learning ahead with JCI Lagos Coral. Huge thank you to the entire JCI Lagos Coral team; Dr Tilolami Animasaun, the sweet program coordinator who I worked closely with, and our amazing tutors. Congratulations again to my fellow inductees, and to everyone who made the language exchange program an unforgettable experience. Here’s to new chapters, broader horizons, and continuous growth! 💙 #JCILagosCoral #volunteerism #selfdevelopment #Maybellthebilingual by @maybelltaiwo
I’m not just a girl! 😌 I’m God’s masterpiece! ✌️💙 by @maybelltaiwo
Leadership is not about showing up only when it’s easy; it’s about honoring commitments even when carrying personal weight behind the scenes. Last Saturday, August 29th, I had the privilege of anchoring a virtual Business Talk for the RCCG Royal Champions Area, the church I attended during my service year in Oye Ekiti; titled “Beyond the Certificate: Building a Career, Brand & Business Before Graduation.” Speaking to ambitious students and aspiring executives about building early hit close to home. Having started Maybell’s Collections as an undergraduate studying Plant Science and Biotechnology at UNIBEN; a brand that officially marked 5 years of growth in August; I know firsthand that you don’t need to wait for a certificate to start creating value. Here are the key frameworks we covered: 1. Start Early: The University offers a safe testing ground to build a client base with lower overhead. 2. Skill Acquisition: While in school, I built Virtual Assistant, Product Photography, Social Media Management and Green skills. I realize that while degree open doors, practical execution builds careers. 3. Volunteer for Proficiency: I offered my social media and admin skills to non-profits early enough; sharpening expertise I still use daily across corporate and impact roles. 4. Systems Over Overwhelm: Ruthless prioritization and daily systems are what keep you from burning out when balancing academics and business as a Nigerian undergraduate! The questions and feedbacks I received after the session was absolutely brilliant! As we step into September, I’m resetting my commitment to consistency and showing up here regularly. What is one skill or habit you’re building this month? #careerdevelopment #studententrepreneur #youthdevelopment #MaybellTheVA by @maybelltaiwo

The first half of the year is for learning, building, and planning, while the next half is for executing and excellence! I read that on a post recently and I couldn’t agree more. 👌 I took these pictures on two nights ago and somehow, in the stillness of the night, I had this deep reassurance that this next half of the year is going to be the absolute best. The foundation has been laid. Now, it’s time to execute with excellence. ✨ Welcome to the second best part! 😌💙 #july #secondbesthalfof26 #bestskyview #maybelltheenvironmentalist by @maybelltaiwo
