And that’s okay , recovery and building a healthier mind isn’t about feeling great every day . Recovery is allowing yourself to to be willing just not quite able , and the next day being willing and able🤍🖇️🪽 by @maybevwellnesscoach

A little bit behind maybewellness 🤍 by @maybevwellnesscoach

Hi, I’m Evie, and I want to introduce you to something really special to me Maybe Wellness 🤍

After experiencing my own struggles with mental health, I realised how many people are simply surviving life rather than living it.

I created Maybe Wellness to help people reconnect with themselves, build healthier habits, find direction and feel more in control of their lives with the correct support.

I’m trained in mental health and wellbeing, with CPD certification in mental health first aid and wellbeing.

My aim is simple to make people feel heard, supported and understood and guide people through their doubts in order to help them live with their mind with more grace.

Because you deserve more than just surviving.

Welcome to Maybe Wellness Coach. 🤍
