Hi everyone! A little intro for the many new people here 🤎 I’m Kate Dalton, the founder of Mayde Tea. My journey with tea began as a hobby, where I experimented with herbs and observed how my body responded to them. This deep passion for wellness and love for nature’s simple yet powerful ingredients organically evolved into a business, and now we’re approaching 15 years in operation. Over the years, we’ve expanded our range to include latte powders and high-quality brewing accessories, and my passion for the brand still grows every day! Personally, tea has played a significant role in my health journey, helping me manage my mental health and digestive issues while also supporting my immunity. At Mayde Tea, we’re dedicated to creating organic, thoughtfully crafted blends that not only taste amazing but also enhance your well-being. It makes me so happy to know that so many of you have Mayde Tea as a part of your daily ritual. I’m thrilled to share that Mayde Tea is now available in over 500 select stockists! This milestone reflects our commitment to quality, sustainability, and the support of our incredible community. From sourcing the finest herbs to ensuring our packaging is eco-friendly, every step of our process is guided by our core values. Thank you so much for being a part of our growing tea family xx by @maydetea

Protein is having a moment. Protein water. Protein coffee. High-protein snacks. And a growing feeling that if every meal isn’t packed with it, we’re somehow doing nutrition wrong. But do we actually need that much? We take a closer look in our journal. Read “Do We Actually Need That Much Protein?” via the link in our bio. by @maydetea
