In the sport of bodybuilding, it doesn't matter how hard you work, or how dedicated you are to your craft, somebody somewhere will show up and whoop your a$$ on stage. Take a deep breath, reset and come back better #bodybuildingprepfiles #eastafricanbodybuilding #eastafricabodybuilding #kenyan #fitnesstrainer #personaltrainer #naurobipersonaltrainer #fitness #roadtoiffbbprocard #roadtopro #onlinecoaching by @mbai_kizito

Finished my back day with Hyperextensions and I hated it. Some movements are done because they are effective and that outweighs the emotional situation between them and us! by @mbai_kizito

It's never a dull moment when I'm training with my bros. My strength is at 75% coming from a prep that I pushed way too far, but the work and the dream persists!#gymhumour #bodybuilding #hacksquat by @mbai_kizito

I will be training my calves, Lats and abdominals 4 times a week because I believe that hard work will put on a fight against the limitations of genetics. My left side is far superior to the right so unilateral calf raises have been my go to solution for sometime now!#personaltrainer #fitnesstrainer #kenyan #naturalbodybuilding #onlinecoaching by @mbai_kizito

My brother @sultansaid800 and I have had numerous battles for the Light weight crown. I wish he was on like back in the days but I of all people should know how hard it is to have a perfect prep. It's quite demanding, balancing a prep with other duties that come as a father, a family man, a husband. We still showed up to give the people a show worth watching. by @mbai_kizito
