Footy commentator from Cessnock, calling the NSW Cup and more for @bartvsports.

POSTS STORIES REELS

The home team in the clear, the hill roaring, and a full pelt chase for the corner. Pure rugby league. Congrats to @northsydneybearsofficial for their enthralling comeback win last night, and congrats to @goodtimesportsco and the @knockoneffectcup for getting so many there to see it. #nrl #rugbyleague #nswcup #nswrl by @mcampbellcommentary

The Flegg Major Semi between the Dragons and the Panthers on Saturday was a strange game that took a while to get going. But then it really got going. The last minute took more than a minute and a half, the last play took 45 seconds, and by the end of it all I was calling for the oxygen tank. by @mcampbellcommentary

I'm on the lemon and honey this morning after calling one of the top 5 games of the year yesterday at the Marrickville Astrodome, one that neither side deserved to lose. After 12 tries and 5 lead changes, the Jets have more or less locked in another September, while the Bears have to hope Penrith slip next week for them to grab the Minor Premiership.

That was the last game at Henson for the year - thanks to the crew at @newtownrlfc for hosting us in the JetSet Lounge all through the season. by @mcampbellcommentary

Here's the moment the Jets nailed down their spot in the @knockoneffectcup Grand Final. A run of 9 wins in a row has taken them to their 2nd GF in 3 years, and it was a treat as always to call it for @bartvsports.

You can see all three Grand Finals next Saturday, live from 2.45. by @mcampbellcommentary

A highlight of the year for me today - calling this wonderful @cook_islands_rugby_league v @tongawomenrl_offical test match on @bartvsports, a game turned Tonga's way by *this* from @martha.mataele and @namoegesa. I've never called a game with a louder crowd than this, absolutely extraordinary. by @mcampbellcommentary

It's the @penrithpanthers and the @nrl_bulldogs in the Jersey Flegg Grand Final on Saturday evening, it's their third meeting in a month, and they've both had to play some sparkling footy to get there.

Can't wait to get stuck in for @bartvsports from 5pm. by @mcampbellcommentary

What an absolutely helter skelter 80 minutes on Sunday, calling the Wheelchair Rugby League Interstate Challenge.

Thanks very much to @nrlwheelchair for having me along to call it. It's as good a day as I've had at the footy all year.

If you're anywhere near Wollongong for the World Cup, take the chance to get to a game. by @mcampbellcommentary

Don't really know what to say about this game. 80 minutes, 80 points, the Tigers' run done and the Sharks off to week two.

Next week in the Flegg it's the Sharks v the Bulldogs in an eliminator, and the Dragons v the Panthers for the first spot in the Grand Final. by @mcampbellcommentary

The @sydneyroosters did what they needed to do yesterday in the @knockoneffectcup, and gave Wentworth Park a big send off after 118 years of footy. Toby Rodwell was superb, Tom scored two beauties, and Taylor Losalu and De La Salle Va'a were rampant. If they do squeak into the 5, no-one will want to face this Chooks attack. They've been great fun to call all year. by @mcampbellcommentary

I think the Bears and the Roosters yesterday might be the maddest game I've ever called. Nobody expected the comeback, and absolutely nobody expected the ending. #nswcup #nrl #rugbyleague #nswrl by @mcampbellcommentary

It was all action on Saturday as the Bunnies hosted the Bears in a 2 v 3 @knockoneffectcup dust-up. #nswcup #nrl #rugbyleague #nswrl by @mcampbellcommentary

Pure chaos in the NSW Cup on Saturday, as the Bears saw a win over the Panthers slip away in a genuine rugby league disaster movie. #nswcup #nrl #rugbyleague #nswrl #pantherpride

This and everything else in the @knockoneffectcup this season is live on @bartvsports. by @mcampbellcommentary
