1:00 pm, every Sunday: @100sundays

We lift each other up—sometimes literally—and remember the whole point is to play.

@mccall_delaney has been backpacking for 12 years across Oregon, Colorado, California, Texas, and Arizona.

He has led and organized men’s backpacking adventures to summit Mt. Whitney, the tallest peak in the lower 48, and complete the Rim-to-Rim-to-Rim in the Grand Canyon.

Outside of Men of the Backcountry, McCall helps men recover from intimacy disorders. He leads small 12-step style men’s groups and guides daily hikes. He facilitates the kind of conversations most men never make space for.

McCall believes too many men are isolated.

He believes the solution is simple: bring good men together, do something hard, remove distraction, and let the wilderness be the medicine. by @mccall_delaney

We have returned!

Our first Men of the Backcountry expedition into the Grand Canyon was a wild success.

Five days. Four nights. Nearly 40 miles. Around 9,000 feet of descent and climb through one of the most powerful landscapes on earth.

We camped at Bright Angel, Clear Creek, and Havasupai Gardens. We swam in the Colorado River. We moved through heat, exhaustion, silence, laughter, challenge, and brotherhood.

Most nights, we gathered in council. We started with gratitude, then moved into deeper questions as the days unfolded. The men came out mentally reset and with more clarity in their lives.

That is why this exists.
To bring men together in nature.
To do hard things.
To build real brotherhood.

To the men who trusted us on this first expedition: thank you. You helped bring this vision to life.

Onto the next.
October 2026. Coming soon. by @mccall_delaney

Guadalupe Peak 📍from a few months back. Tallest peak in Texas with some good men. As far as the drive there from Austin, we got to see oil rigs as far as the eye can see 😅. by @mccall_delaney
