@peak_massage_therapy is now underway! It was great to have Dean in meeting his first batch of clients last Monday. Sports massage is an integral part of injury prevention and management. We’ve changed the layout at the gym to accommodate this service and we’re looking forward to building momentum. #sportsmassage #chard #somerset by @mcproboxing

Very pleased to welcome @peak_massage_therapy and @bradloaringfitness to the gym! Dean offers a sports massage service and will be operating from the gym on a weekly basis. Brad is looking to build a strength and conditioning client base here and is available for training sessions as of today. Brad is experienced in strength training and is a keen HYROX enthusiast. If you would like more information please contact either of them via their Instagram pages 💪 I very much look forward to working with these guys. #sportsmassage #chard #personaltraining #personaltrainer #boxing by @mcproboxing

Swipe to transform! Great to be in and underway at the new unit on Millfield Close in Chard. With the ball rolling for a new Yoga & Pilates area underway it’s all looking good. There’s still a few bits to tidy up but Rome wasn’t built in a day 🔨 by @mcproboxing
