Something created in 3 hours early one Tuesday morning…

About three years ago, an idea started to take shape in my mind—one of those persistent ideas that I wouldn’t let go. I quickly realized that bringing this project to life would take a village, and I feel incredibly grateful to have been surrounded by such a talented and supportive community. I’m fortunate to call many of these individuals friends.

To all the dancers who poured their hearts into this, even at 7 a.m., this project belongs to you as much as it does to me. Thank you for your passion and dedication. A special shoutout to Eoin Harrington, our production manager, who stepped up at the last minute to be our bartender—your energy is truly unmatched.

To Luke Frawley and Seoirse Byrne, who traveled all the way from Limerick to help create the vibrant atmosphere that made this project come alive.

And to my right-hand man, Louis Maxwell—our cinematographer and editor—thank you for enduring countless late-night planning sessions and phone calls. You took the vision I had and made it possible to share it with everyone.

I’d also like to express my gratitude to the Abbey Theatre prop department (@abbeytheatredublin)for their generous donation, the McKinley School of Dance for allowing us to use their beautiful studios for rehearsals, and The Two Sisters Pub for opening their doors so early and letting us film on location.

And to the audience, thank you for joining in on what we created. I hope this sparks you as much joy as we had making it!

Inspired by the level of talent, creativity and passion of the dance community in Ireland. A huge round of 👏 to all the performers, Jay and Dan, and everyone behind the scenes who made this an unforgettable day 💥

As always, a massive thank you to @belin2dance for the opportunity. Truly the best in the biz 💫

(Special shout out to @jordandebona who sent this through to me last night)

CHECK ONE TWO DANCE COLLECTIVE

Ireland doesn’t have a talent problem, it has an access problem.

Unlike any other training platform we directly seek to bridge the gap between dancer, choreographer and casting.
