So, what exactly happens at Midweek Unwind? 👀

We put on our silent disco headphones, move slowly, stretch deeply, and give ourselves permission to put the week down for a while.

But the experience is about more than movement. We also make space to rest, connect with one another, create complimentary Mindful Moment Kits, and enjoy samples from Moon Sun River @themoonsunriver 💙

You do not need to know yoga poses, be flexible, or arrive calm and put together. Come exactly as you are. We’ll meet you there.

🎧 Wednesday, Oct 14 + Nov 11
🧘🏽‍♀️ Led by Jasmine @amplifiedbyjasmine
⏰ 6:30–7:30 PM
📍 Legacy Union
🎟️ $15 general admission or free with Meant to Live membership
🌿 Community Care tickets available

We’ll gather outside on the green or move into the spacious indoor lobby if the weather requires it.

Swipe through to see what to expect, then reserve your headphones through the link in our bio.

Thank you @kat_harmon_ltsooy + @amplifiedbyjasmine for my award for “Best Hair” for my side ponytail at the 80s Thriller Dance Party by @meant2_live. 🙏🏼
They also said they liked the way I helicoptered it. 🚁🤣

I do not take this award lightly. 🤣

My character from last week’s Murder Mystery, hairstylist Cara Tinn, would also be proud. 😂 by @meant2_live

What a beautiful way to kick off our Thriller Night recaps! 🥹💚💙
There’s something extra special about sharing this video because the wonderful human who created it also happens to be the VERY FIRST person who purchased a ticket to Thriller Night! 🪩✨ @heather_m_esposito you are a REAL one!!!

From the very beginning, she showed up with so much enthusiasm, encouragement, and support. And then, as an unexpected bonus, she took the time to create this PHENOMENAL video capturing the experience!

Our deepest gratitude to you for believing in what we’re creating and for sharing your creativity with us. It means more than you know! 🥹💕

Last night was PHENOMENAL! And we’re still taking it all in.

To everyone who showed up, danced, laughed, played, connected, and brought their wonderful energy to our very first themed glow party, THANK YOU!

You helped turn an idea into a beautiful shared experience, and we’re so grateful for the community that’s growing around Meant to Live.

This is what it’s all about. Creating more opportunities to come together, experience joy, and make memories with one another.

And we’re just getting started!

Rest well 💚 Gather often 💙 Live fully
