Heather putting in work like always. 💪🏽

No gimmicks. Just staying consistent, getting stronger, and keeping that body moving.

This is what we do at Medfit Power House. ⚡️

Morning miles 🏃🏽‍♂️💨

Just getting better.

Distractions been expensive lately. Not in money, in time. Learning to protect my focus a little more and explain myself a little less. Too much to build. Too much to become. No looking back! 😤

Stop pressing the weight. Start training the muscle.

If you’re reaching at the top of your dumbbell bench, you’re letting your shoulders take over. Keep your chest up, control the weight, and think about bringing your upper arms together by squeezing your pecs.

Don’t just move dumbbells from A to B. Make your chest do the work. 💪🏽

Train with intention. The weight will follow.

Been locked in lately. Training harder, eating with a purpose and really seeing how far I can take this physique.

Not where I’m trying to be yet, but I can damn sure see where this is going. 😤

This next phase is about adding SIZE while keeping everything tight.

Be real… how long you think I’ve been training? 👀

Building a stage-ready back one session at a time.

Nothing crazy, just showing y’all how I make my omelette 🍳

Quick, high protein and actually tastes good. Eating for your goals doesn’t mean you gotta eat dry chicken and rice every day 😂

Strong shoulders aren’t just for looks. 💪🏽

Dalonna putting in work on the shoulder press 💪🏽 building upper-body strength, shoulder stability, and the strength to make everyday movements easier.

Controlled reps. Full effort. Getting stronger one session at a time. 🔥

If you want your legs to actually work, stop making every set comfortable. 😮‍💨

10 barbell squats straight into 10 squat pulses. Same bar. No break. Stay controlled and live in that bottom position.

Simple work. Nasty finish. 😈

Heather just keeps getting stronger. We’ve been adding more weight, cleaning up the reps, and she keeps handling everything I put in front of her. That’s the kind of progress you can actually see. ⚡️⚡️

Back & arms today. Been realizing I don’t need to have everything figured out. I just need to keep moving like I know where I’m headed. A lot can change when you stop waiting to feel ready. 💯⚡️

Jayce getting after it today 😤 Landmine hack squats and learning to get comfortable moving some weight. Form ain’t gotta look textbook on day one. We coach it up and keep getting better every session. 💪🏽⚡️

Work. Learn. Progress. Repeat.
