A gentle Farewell to FlowMagin as it closes down its doors. I started teaching here eight months ago right after 6 weeks of Travels. “Hopping back into things” meant 8 more months of gig after gig, with this teaching practice being the only constant in my schedule. Every Tuesday and Thursday at 8:30 am~ spending time tuning into our bodies and expanding awareness together.
.
Flowmagin created an open space full of travelers and people needing a place to feel fully and heal. From one on one tarot readings to having the room filled with my friends, I have the utmost gratitude for the opportunity to teach Flowmagin has offered me. The space will be missed✨
.
This also means I am searching for new places to teach, if there are any known openings🌸 by @meditativemovement

Woah Woah Woah yoga flow? Yes!
Exciting news, weekly classes will be held at Flow Magin Tues/Thurs 8:30-9:30 am.
.
Still bringing in the rhythm of Meditative Movement but curated more in a Yogic Asana structure, accompanied by the Harmonium.

Let’s get into our bodies!
See you in class! by @meditativemovement

There are about 471 anti-LGBTQ+ bills currently in the US, a record breaking number. This year has been detrimental to our community~ and has been absolutely heart-wrenching, infuriating, and quite frankly exhausting. As we all do our best to speak up and show up. Just wanted to offer brief moment to breath and grieve.
.
Without self-care our activism just isn’t sustainable.
.
This Sunday May 7th, we will be holding a “queer meditation” to allow our bodies to regulate, reset, and recharge.
.
Haven’t meditated before? Or does it seem too daunting? No worries~ we will move and flow through it, and introduce stillness in a way that feels accessible. Bring a blanket/yoga mat/cushion, whatever you’d prefer to make yourself as cozy as possible.
.
See you Sunday🌈🫶🏼 by @meditativemovement

Fucking feeling discouraged…. Is there a relationship between discouragement and stagnancy? Feeling stuck and not seeing a way out…. Therefore feeling a bit down and upset? Hmmm….
.
.
So breathing into the stagnancy and finding where and what we can do with it?

Morning Movement Offering?Squatting Sensation.
Primal offering to the Earth.
Grounding.
Offering self to source.
.
Give it a try~ I know everyone has unique bodies, and perhaps shorter Achilles etc. Today, I just share a practice that a flowed into. Wanted to share, because there has been a stagnancy in the offering I’d like to provide. Modifications and Alterations coming next💜 by @meditativemovement

My phone sits at the bottom of the lake, so here I sit to contemplate.
.
What you believe is what you receive.
A shattering of illusion, clearing the confusion.
.
Relish in appreciation, download the information.
Finding the initiation,
Finding inspiration.
.
You find it’s all an installation, embracing the visitation, all an exploration.
Sit in this contemplation,
in this thing they call a nation.
Continue the navigation, with deep consideration.
Allowing the transformation, and beginning the elevation.

Grounded in your Truth.
Regardless of what others say.
Even when you are questioned, accused, assumed, gaslit etc.
How can you co-exist in owning your experience, finding the moments you can grow…. AND deeply stand by your intentions and experience.

Here comes the Discomfort.
Let’s welcome it, witness it, and sit with it. We actually have more control than the intensity of the emotion has over us. Once we are reminded this we can welcome the discomfort into our energy field so we can further alchemize and transmute it.

Curious about more of this concept? I welcome you to delve into the Introductory Series now on Spotify Podcasts! (Link in bio) and will be branching off of this idea for the rest of the month by @meditativemovement
