Final spot to close out the workout with my guy @bgarrett_5 🎯

Had to hit 3 in a row from all 5 spots to finish. 🔒

10/11 from this spot.

Catch and shoot 3’s with @chasec0urage. The rule: make 10 before missing 2 to move to the next spot. He hit 10 of 11 here (91%).

Shooting with a goal in mind keeps your head on the next rep, not the last one. Short memory makes consistent shooters.

Tight space, tight handles. Cones close together force quick hands and a low base. @philgreeneiv with clean, controlled work, making it look easy.

End of workout athletic finisher with @big.dayday, who’s looking like an early season MVP candidate for Al-Saad in the @qatarbf, averaging 30 points, 8 rebounds, 5 assists, and 5 steals!

At 7'6", the tallest player in the NBA is still working on his handle.

@tackofall99 of the @sixers getting in reps.

Sharpening the handle with @cmo2__. One of the best guards in the world right now, fresh off a huge game for @scafatibasket69 in the @legabasketa.

Seeing the next level up close.

This summer, @nlaszewski_14 let @ryandinnon join one of his workouts. For a young player, seeing how a pro prepares is a huge opportunity.

Thank you to my guy Nate. It was a great day!

Year 12 as a pro, 5 of them in the @nba. The work still began at 6:00 a.m.

5 months of offseason training with @_alvo_ led into his time with @doradosdechihuahuaoficial in the @lnbpoficial.

Grateful for his trust.
