Over the past 2 years Iโ€™ve been lucky enough to build a little fam in the live music community ๐ŸŽถ . From Phoenix to Denver to LA to Vegas to SF, itโ€™s impossible to avoid quality people in this network. These ravers are as fun and energetic as they are considerate and kind. Last week at EDC ๐Ÿฆ‰ we danced 100k steps in 3 days (thatโ€™s 2 marathons!) and left it all at the raceway. The crowd was the kindest Iโ€™ve ever met and the vibes were unreal. EDC is all about the people ๐Ÿฅฐ (and the bass and the lasers). P.s. the last slide is how to train your body to dance for 3 days and be rave ready at 34 ๐Ÿ’ƒ(itโ€™s not cardio!) hmu for a summer workout plan ๐Ÿ˜‡ when Iโ€™m not dancing or underwater, Iโ€™m catching up on applied biomechanics and resistance training principles! Remember: your body is your vehicle! See you at the raceway ๐ŸŽ๏ธ ๐Ÿ’ฅ ๐ŸŽถ by @meg_lake

Definitely worth waking up early to see the balloons take off. Looked like rainbow gumdrops scattered across the landscape! ๐ŸŽˆ@labordayliftoff #labordayliftoff by @meg_lake
My BEAUTIFUL custom cribbage board made by my awesome friend Kiwi @kiwisea_creations . I learned how to play cribbage while living aboard the Shogun during a collecting trip. Pacific Sea Nettles were one of the first animals that I got to work with at MBA, as well as at NEAq when I was a college intern. An amazing reminder of the vast array of animals that I got to care for and learn about hands-on. Also, they were an often unexpected dive buddy while exploring in the bay ๐Ÿ˜ฌ by @meg_lake

Had a great time in Columbus for #retroRAW conference. ๐ŸŸ ๐Ÿ™ Disclaimer, posing is harder than it looks. Arnold is the ๐Ÿ , I unfortunately found out that someone attempted to drop kick him today at a public event, but luckily the guy just bounced off and Arnold isnโ€™t pressing charges @schwarzenegger #terminator 71 years old and still a beast ๐Ÿ’ช see his profile for the vid by @meg_lake
