7 Weeks on Peptides & feeling on fire! ⚡️💪🏼

5 months ago I made a commitment to myself that I was going all in on my health. I set a goal to lose 10 lbs, I hired a weightloss coach, and I got to work. As a mama who was 6 months post-partum at the time, I was ready to feel like myself again and for me that meant feeling good in my body.

The goal was purely physical at the beginning. I wanted to fit back in my clothes again so I could FEEL confident again. I lost the weight (AND SOME!) and started to really enjoy training, eating right, counting macros (well my coach did that wink 😉) and surpassed my goal.

ENTER PEPTIDES. 🧬 About 4 months into my journey I started seeing a lot about bioactive peptides on the internet. You do not have to inject them and they are 100% nature derived either in a capsule or a delicious drink. YES PLZ!!! I was super intrigued because I felt like I’d made so much progress with my weight and strength but I felt a plateau in my workouts and really moving the needle. After diving in and learning more, I knew these would help me unlock a new level of fitness and health! I started taking them and 7 weeks in — IM 100% HOOKED!!!!

Not only am I completely blown away by my endurance in my workouts, my strength, my energy…but I have leaned out, toned up, and am seeing real muscles for the first time since having kids! 🤭

This is literally JUST the beginning for me, but it all started with 3 simple peptides. My routine hasn’t changed, my workout regimen hasn’t changed, my diet hasn’t changed. I’ve simply added in this new support system and my body is responding is such a positive way! Better sleep, better workouts, faster recovery. And it’s all my OWN BODY doing the work!!! I feel like this is the beginning of something so crazy good! I’m excited to help so many of you get your hands on these and start feeling the amazing benefits of natural peptides!!!

I GOT A COMPLIMENT FROM A GIRL 1/2 MY AGE! That’s right. 🤭 This morning as the gal at Starbucks was ringing me up, SHE (maybe 20 something) asked ME what I was doing to get my skin to glow “like that.” Guys, a skin compliment is the best form of compliment for me because 1) I’m 40 and I’m clearly aging and 2) I’ve always been conscious about my skin as a freckle girlie with uneven skin tone and lots of dark spots. SHE MADE MY DAY. 🥰

My skin has always been somewhat “dull” and of course I’m aging so wrinkles and fine lines are expected. BUT! Two months into using JUST 1 natural beauty peptide and OTHER people are starting to notice!

The BEST part about what I’m doing is it’s actually LESS of a routine and LESS money but I’m getting WAY more results! Are you constantly wondering if all the products on your counter are actually working? Sometimes it’s hard to tell. Not anymoreeeee!

I’m using a 3-part beauty system: 1 drink + two topicals and I’m completely DONE with the 8-step who-knows-what routine that “might” work. I’m 40 and I’m a busy mama, I need simple, easy, and EFFECTIVE! It actually targets the INSIDE of our largest organ — our skin! If you’re not drinking an internal collagen you’re missing out on a WHOLE lotta benefits and not actually targeting the core issue.

COMMENT “BEAUTY” and I’ll share this simple routine with you…promise you won’t be goinnnn backkkk!! ✨ by @megan_digiacinto

at birth, she was diagnosed with HIE (Hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy) due to oxygen deprivation. the doctors initially were worried she may never walk, and might not even have function in her lower body at all. well that was quickly put to rest after all the tests in the NICU showed otherwise, but we knew she would have a very delayed path to hitting all her milestones. by god’s grace, she’s overcome so many obstacles already despite numerous findings (a split vertebrae, a heart condition, and a tethered cord.)

BUT AS A MAMA all you want for your child is for them to have the best, most abundant life possible. YES, she has been slow to do almost everything that a “normal” timeline follows at her age, but one thing I know for sure, she is the most feisty, determined, and independent girl I know and has never agreed to let anything stop from eating, crawling, and I’m sure walking and talking! I’ve learned how to be patient with her, not compare, and let her flourish in her time.

I’ve also learned that we’re all on our own path, for a reason, and I’m honestly so grateful that god has been SO GOOD to us, blessing this sweet girl from the minute she got into that ambulance, to overcoming everything in the NICU, to now CRAWLING at 18 months.

“He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the human heart; yet no one can fathom what God has done from beginning to end.” Ecclesiastes 3:11

YOU GO GIRL!

okkkkkk!! it’s time to forget that 7-10 step skincare system we’ve all been doing that cost us WAY more than we care to admit and is giving results we’re not that thrilled with.

I’m a mom. I’m busy. Most days I barely have time to slap some lotion on my face much less complete a luxurious skincare routine every morning. BUT, I love feeling refreshed, hydrated, and glowyyy. And I could use some anti-aging over here! 🙋🏻‍♀️

BEAUTY by Make is the answer to all my prayers and I think you are going to be jaw to the floor when see the results these 3 Beauty Peptides have given so many women after just 8 weeks!

Think…Korean Skincare and and cell signaling peptides MEET and form 3 products that help your body naturally produce more collagen both inside & out. 1 drink. 2 powerful topicals.

Let’s start respecting the biggest organ we have — OUR SKIN! Way less complicated, MUCH faster to complete every day, and WAY more effective with real results for real people!

Naturally sourced and derived ingredients! Guys I can’t wait for you to get your hands on these!!!!! September 28th.

COMMENT “BEAUTY” and I’ll make sure you are first to know when the system launches so you can grab it! by @megan_digiacinto

ITS OK TO WANT MORE MONEY! Money gives you choices, and choices give you freedom.

It’s also okay if your idea of freedom looks different than mine. That’s the whole point of it, isn’t it? Maybe it’s not the slow morning, or maybe you don’t have kids yet, or maybe being at your current job is giving you life and you’re not looking to exit. But there is some aspect of “freedom” that you could create in your life if you had more flexibility in your finances.

Less hours at work.
More spending money for vacations.
A college fund for your kid. (wait why did I not write that one down! 😂)

Whatever it is, I hope you know there are ways to get you more of the life you desire. An open mind and a willingness to work hard and go for it is a great place to start! I’d probably still be working in an office and letting my dreams rot in my head had I not just went for it (scared as hell!)

I was doing exactly what you’re doing. I was standing in my own way. I was watching the success of others around me and telling myself a story of lies.

Not me.
I could never.
I’m not equipped.
Nobody will join me.
Nobody will follow me.
I don’t have the skills.
I’m not a leader.

But once you realize that every single person that has something that you want or a life you aspire for, was actually JUST LIKE YOU before they had all those things. And the only difference between you and “her” is that she didn’t let other peoples success scare her, she let it lead her. She used it as the proof.

So here’s to all the girlies (and me because all my posts are written to inspire and grow myself as well) who know they’re badass, who know they’re capable, who know they want more, but are actuallyyyy just scared of their own success.

and to my new friend and one of the best in this biz @ericamcmullen_ who told me, “if me, than you.” Thank you! Don’t think you realize how impactful your words are!

There’s thousands of girls waiting at the finish line for you, screaming, cheering, yelling “let’s go!” and all you need to do is get off the starting block and start running!

IF HER, THAN ME!
