POSTS STORIES REELS

My baby, my Gino. As most of you know he has Autism, level 3 non verbal Autism. We have made a decision after much research to get him stem cells this year in Florida with Dr. Weiss. I’m writing this post in the hopes that we can have many of you pray for him that this treatment helps him express himself after many years of him being so frustrated from not being able to talk, and we are well aware that it may take more then one treatment but we are praying that it helps him along in his journey. Our wish is to some day hear him say “I love you Mommy” or even just “I’m not feeling good and this is what’s bothering me”. As a mom with a child who is non verbal I want to give my kid every chance and opportunity there is for him to have an amazing life but what I do know is that no matter what or how he comes along in life we will understand him, love him and make sure his life is amazing. To every parent with a child with Autism we stand beside you day by day knowing that this journey is not only a tough one but is one that is filled with obstacles others don’t understand. I know that together with advocacy these children will be seen and together the parents can lean on each other for advice and a shoulder to lean on. Our son means the world to us and I know Gino will always be okay because he has us. To the parents who have children with disabilities know that you are their super hero and your love speaks volumes to them even when you don’t think they understand, they are smarter then we all know and I want you all to take a moment to love yourself and know that you are doing an amazing job. I highly recommend these books. Anyone who has dealt with loss, Grief , family trauma, and just trying to make it through that first year of losing someone you love, both of these books help tremendously. #fypシ #grief #Loss #FamilyDrama (Buy on Amazon) by @meganz23
