🇳🇮The city of Rivas, in South Nicaragua is only 30km from the border with Costa Rica and 20km from San Juan del Sur.
Did you stop to visit on your way to San Jorge/Ometepe? 😊🌋

🌊🏄‍♂️☀️Don’t skip Popoyo! 🏄‍♀️🌴🍹
While San Juan del Sur is known for its thriving surf scene, it’s not the only beach option in Nicaragua!
Popoyo is a less crowded spot with all the same yearround swells as SJDS.

Come visit, you won’t regret!😁

Have you visited the Masaya Craft Market?😊

Built 130 years ago, what might look like a fortress from the outside, is actually the Cultural Centre and Craft Market from the city of Masaya.

The building, which has suffered from multiple fires throughout the time, houses a wide variety of crafts originated from different parts of the country, thus creating a fascinating and colorful interior.

Let us know in the comments if you have visited! ⬇️⬇️⬇️

Thanks @mrs_jeanine for the company during the visit 😊
Thanks @illusture for the caption and for your great artwork!

Climbing Volcano Concepción on Ometepe Island was the original reason why I decided to visit Nicaragua 🇳🇮. I ended up staying 3 months. Nicaragua has so many incredible landscapes. I can’t wait to come back. Have you hiked this volcano? 🌋
