salt bread trial one ✅ I wasn’t planning to post this but I haven’t posted in a looooong time so figured I’d share! The recipe is from @erinscozykitchen and I’m absolutely obsessed. I had a few issues with the dough and shaping so when they first came out of the oven I wasn’t too happy with their looks, but then I took a bite and just wow. The butter seeps out of the dough while it bakes so the bottom of the roll is basically fried in the butter, and it is sooo crispy and buttery while the inside is still soft and pillowy. I will be making these again very soon to try to perfect them, and I’m thinking sometime I’ll incorporate miso garlic butter! Keep an eye out for some new bakes and hope everyone that celebrates has a great Thanksgiving!

I’m obsessed. I will be working on an easy milk mochi recipe to incorporate in future desserts so stay posted for new and tasty treats!!

matcha funfetti cookies!

I first developed this recipe about two years ago(!) but recently made a few changes so they’re even better than before! With the addition of brown sugar and baking powder, the newly updated version is a thicker, softer, and chewier sugar cookie with matcha powder and rainbow sprinkles in the batter 😋 There’s no chill time in the fridge, so you can whip these up in under 30 minutes!
