Let’s get it, let’s go ✨ by @melanieeelifts

Hi as a mama of ✌🏼about to turn twenty-nine, I am determined to spend my last year in my twenties focused on my health 😤

I’m going to continue strength training and look into pilates because I heard it targets the “hidden” muscles of your core. I also want to take up jogging which I strongly dislike, but believe will help me find mental clarity.

As for a sport, I’m hoping my husband and I can learn tennis together since neither of us has ever played.

My new year starts when I turn a year older, so getting my resolutions together now 🤭🫶🏼💕 by @melanieeelifts

This summer I learned that I like being in a kayak! Even though I know it’s easier to tip out, it’s so much easier to navigate and comfy to lay on 😝 by @melanieeelifts

Wore a short dress to make him nervous.. the wind blowing ended up making me nervous 😅🤣 by @melanieeelifts

I appreciate him so much. He speaks encouraging words to me when I’m in a negative headspace & gives me my space 😌 He listens to me when I’m frustrated & lately has been taking me out on dates 🥰

First time paddle boarding! I can do it on my knees. I tried standing, but after awhile my legs started shaking from exhaustion 🤣 by @melanieeelifts
