POSTS STORIES REELS

The summer of 2024, I decided to do 75 Hard for the 3rd time after successfully completing the last two. This time around I wanted to invite God into the mix.

So, I did a Rosary walk everyday for 75 days. One of the requirements for 75 Hard is to do an outdoor workout. For my outdoor workout, I would pray the Rosary and walk.

Here’s what happened in those 75 days:

1. I had a family member who was away from the Church and attending a different Christian denomination church come back to the Catholic Church.

2. I asked Our Lady to bring me a new car because my old car had broken down, the moment I opened the app, my friend was selling his car. I call my car, my Mary blue car (though some ppl think it’s grey) because it was an answered prayer.

3. I developed a deeper love for Mary, and wanting to talk about her more. Our Lord allowed me to see Mary loves us so much, she wants to save all souls. Because of this it increased my love for the salvation of souls. Mary is the real deal, she a definition of a strong woman.

Since then,Rosary walks have been a stable routine in my. It’s a way for me to get my steps in, get some sunshine and be in nature, and grow in holiness. Jesus and Mary have answered my prayers and directed me in so many ways.

Now, I want to invite all of you to the Rosary Girl Walk January 17, 2026 in Manhattan Beach, Ca. We’ll meet at the Pier at 9:45am
Walk will start walking and praying at 10am—11am!

Hope to see you there 🩷

During my senior year of high school my religion teacher showed us a video of a doctor who was an ex-abortionist. He described how an abortion was done, and as an 18 year old I was brought to tears in my seat. How can anyone want to destroy a poor babies’ life? Since that moment I’ve been pro-life🩷

I was given the honor of attending the Life Awards Gala. This past year I’ve been given the honor to attend events with @liveactionorg and to be in rooms with individuals who share similar values.

You don’t know until you know. It’s the stories and testimonies that people share of their experiences that are so convicting for me. Live Action does such a powerful job with capturing that.

Thank you @liveactionorg for having me at the Life Awards Gala✨

Also, shoutout to my bestie Kathryn for being the best +1
@lilaroseofficial we are your biggest fans😍

A reminder for myself and for the gal that wants to be chosen and loved:

Every woman desires to give herself fully to someone, it’s in our femininity.

As woman, we have a natural ability to give ourselves fully to someone. We have a deep desire to have a union. The question pops up and the question is, who do we give ourselves fully to? And who do we desire to have a union with?

Oftentimes in the waiting, we give ourselves fully to the wrong person, or we want to form a union with the wrong person. Sometimes those people won’t know how to love us, partly because they are not ready, or they don’t know Jesus and His Church. Whatever it may be, it doesn’t matter; we are only responsible for ourselves. The right person will choose us, and let’s be real: not everyone is for us, and that’s okay. God has a different plan and timeline for everyone. Another reason might be that we have have reservations with God.

Jesus is not some distant deity. Jesus wants to come into our lives and allow His love to penetrate our hearts. He desires to have a relationship with us only if we allow Him to. He’s a gentle Lover and never wants to overstep his boundaries with our free will.

Start with developing a relationship with Jesus. Fall in m love with him before you give yourself to anyone else. Allow him to love you first. No matter what vocation you go into, Jesus will always be #1 in your heart. A boyfriend, husband, job, etc cannot fulfill you, only Jesus can. Jesus is our Spouse, even if you get married. Jesus is your husband. Jesus desires to have a union with you, a relationship and He wants you to give yourself fully to Him.

Sister, join me in loving Jesus more fully and having no reservations🤍

As your coach, let me give you the permission slip!

Nothing beats a woman fully confident and in love with the one beautiful body God has given her.

Just don’t make being hot your sole reason and your whole personality. Only God deserves to be at the throne of your heart❤️

Who else is trying to be hot wife and mom?

Surrendering in your fitness journey is becoming obsessed with who you become in the process. Your focus is on the daily habits because that’s obedience and being faithful to the process.

The rest is in God’s hands.

IN HONOR OF OUR LADY OF MOUNT CARMEL🤎

We headed over to Orange County for the first ever ROSARY GIRL WALK!

OC gals we heard you! Such a gift to see so many beautiful Catholic women coming together to pray the Rosary to honor Our Lady. Most of all, creating a space for all you to meet other women who love the Church and desire virtuous and holy friendships!

Never doubt you’re alone, there’s community for you🤎

I hope some of you met your new bestie, or came to foster the relationships you already had! Whatever the case you belong, you’re chosen and loved!

Where should we go next?

I don't coach women to lose weight.

I coach women to become.

Your body will eventually reflect the life you build.

That's why The Surrender Way isn't about chasing a number on the scale.

It's about becoming the kind of woman who naturally lives with discipline, peace, confidence, and trust in God.

The body is the fruit and cherry on top.

Stewardship is the root.

The process is where SHE is built.

Over the last few years, this framework has shaped my own life—from transitioning out of college athletics, to building routines centered on Christ, to creating a life where faith and fitness work together instead of competing with one another.

If you're entering a new season and know God is inviting you to grow, this roadmap was built for women like you.

DM me SURRENDER if you're ready to begin🩷
