I’ve been sitting on this video for a couple of days and have been in two minds whether to upload it because it feels a bit doom and gloom in between all the happy wedding stuff but I just wanted to be real with you all.

Also since filming this I have seen a new GP and we spoke quite in depth about the possibility of my skin issues being related to something called Autoimmune Progesterone Dermatitis (APD) also known as Progesterone Hypersensitivity which he has came across once before.

I’ve had mild skin issues my entire life and poor mental health during my luteal phase but since having my son then being so unwell this year and dealing with a lot of added stress it seems to have exacerbated everything and brought it all the surface.

I’m hoping this is the start of me finally getting some proper answers but how long that’ll take I have no idea, I’ve been prescribed immunosuppressants which is a route I didn’t want to go down but I’m desperate as I physically and mentally can’t go on with these constant flare ups of my skin and mind every single month.

I don’t want anyone to worry about me, I’m a tough cookie and I’ll get through this like everything else. I just wanted to be honest about how I’m feeling right now and give you all an explanation to why I’m so inconsistent ❤️ by @melfyx

It was so hard for me to envision everything I had DIY’d for the wedding but once it all came together with everything else, it was better than I’d even imagined 🥺❤️
