I ve been through lots of ups and downs. Lots of highs and some low lows. God has a funny way to always place specific people in your life at specific moment. I ve been blessed to have the right people around me to push me through all the challenges. We get knocked out many times but what matter is how many time you stand back up. Our vision is the driving force that keep us from giving up. Our vision is our motor throughout the journey. I refuse to live a life of “what if” so everyday is a new opportunity to work harder than the previous day. There’s no safe plan, no plan B just in case plan A doesn’t work that s why every single day matter.

“Stay the course and know that your progression is a long-term game”

Thank you @bryan.arceneaux you the best 🎥

What happened in the past happened FOR you not TO you.
I would not be who I am today with a different story.
Our past does not destroy us, it build us up.
Make your mess your message and your test your testimony.

How broad can you go when things change? What are you willing to sacrifice? Are you scared of what’s next? The road of our journey is never what we expect it to be. Sometimes it s a clear straight path, other times it gets ugly, we hit curves, bumps and we get tested. Our character get exposed in period of trials. We will feel all those mixed emotions from mental and physical pain to thinking that we deserve every single bit of it. Being scared is ok, falling is ok, getting stuck is ok. What is not ok is to give in and get comfortable in those trials. I refuse to be comfortable anymore. Growth is uncomfortable. Growth is ugly and painful but that’s the beauty of it.
Kites can’t fly without turbulent winds.

One of my favorite drills to work on! 🔥

I love this one because I think barrel awareness and control are huge when it comes to making adjustments at the plate. The better you feel the barrel and learn to control it, the more comfortable you become making adjustments.

Always looking for ways to get better and make every rep count. 💯

@attackletics always 🫡💯

A little reminder that how you prepare matters just as much as how you perform. ⚾️

I’m sharing these videos as ideas for routines and progressions before getting on the field or stepping in against a machine.

Too often, we see players turn on the machine and go straight to swinging 100%, forgetting the importance of building up to it.

Think of it like driving a car. You don’t go from 0 to 100 in one second. You warm up the engine, build momentum and get everything working together. Hitting should be the same.

Start simple, work through your progressions, feel your movements, find your timing, and then turn it up.

It’s not about how many swings you take, but how you prepare for each one.

Getting the work in with @attackletics and @camwoodbats 💯

Happy birthday to the best mounette ❤️

I wish more than anything that I could be there with you today to give you the biggest hug and celebrate you the way you deserve. Being so far away is never easy, especially on days like this, but I’m sending you all my love from across the ocean!!
Thank you for never giving up on me, even when I know I haven’t always made it easy.Thank you for always believing in me, supporting all my crazy dreams, and standing by my side through the good times and the hard ones. No matter what life throws at me or where it takes me, I know I’ll always have you in my corner, and that means more to me than you’ll ever know.
You’re so much more than my mom. You’re my best friend, my rock, my safe place, and the person I know I can always turn to, no matter what. You’ve seen me at my best and at my worst, and you’ve never stopped loving me, encouraging me, or reminding me to keep going. I honestly don’t know what I’d do without you.
You deserve all the happiness in the world!! I love you more than words could ever explain, and if I could choose my mom in a thousand different lifetimes, I’d choose you every single time. ❤️🤍

Love you to the moon and back and back again. ❤️🥹🎂 by @melissamayeux
