Kingdom Fitness is gaining its sweetest little member. 🥹🎀
Baby Grace joining the fam January 2027! 🤍 by @melissarivas___

Standing on a promise God gave me years ago… and now seeing it come to life feels so surreal. ✨

What you’re looking at is not just a gym.. it’s the fruit of prayers, faith, and a God who is in every single detail. Even down to the word “Jesus” written outside the building… a reminder that His hand has been in this from the very beginning.

Kingdom Fitness is more than a gym. It’s a safe space where faith, health, and community come together. A place to strengthen your body, soul, and spirit. This isn’t just about workouts- it’s about belonging, connection, and building something meaningful together. 🫶

I can’t believe so many of you have already signed up for Founding Memberships 🥹 There are only 25 spots available at these special rates, and after that, regular pricing will apply. If you’ve been waiting for a sign- this is it. 🩷

Click the link in my bio to secure your spot and be part of the very beginning of Kingdom Fitness!

This is only the start and I can’t wait to share the full story with you. 🥹

Our 12th Glutes & Glory!! 🥹💖 I can’t believe we’ve already gathered 12 times to move our bodies, worship and grow together in faith and sisterhood! 😭

Last night was SO beautiful. There’s truly nothing like bringing a group of women together to not only strengthen our bodies, but also strengthen our spirits, grow in the Word and build genuine friendships. 🥹

I’ll be honest, I was beyond exhausted yesterday and really had to lean on the Lord for the strength to show up and host this event. But as He always does, God showed up. 🥹 What started as a night where I felt like I had nothing left to give turned into a night where He poured right back into all of us. The worship, the prayers, the tears, the conversations, the friendships being formed… it was all so beautiful.

We walked in carrying different things, but so many of us walked out feeling lighter, refreshed, and reminded of just how GOOD our God is. ❤️

Every single time, He reminds me why He placed this vision on my heart in the first place. And every single time, my YES is so worth it.

All glory to God!! Until the next one, girls! 🥹💖🙌 by @melissarivas___

One year. 🥹💖

Looking back at these pictures honestly feels so surreal. What started as a vision, a lot of faith and an empty space has turned into something greater than I could’ve imagined.

Kingdom Fitness was never meant to be just a gym. I wanted to create a space where everyone could become stronger, feel supported, build community, prioritize their health and genuinely feel like they belong. And over this first year, our community has made that vision come to life. 🫶🏼

From our first classes to packed rooms, new friendships, events, worship, wellness, lots of laughs, and SO many memories in between… this first year has been so special.
And the craziest part? We’re just getting started. 🥹

So of course, we have to CELEBRATE! 🎉💖

Join us for our ONE YEAR Anniversary Weekend:
✨ October 9 — Member Appreciation Night
A night dedicated to celebrating the KF fam who make Kingdom Fitness what it is. 🤍

✨ October 10 — Wellness Festival
Strength, Pilates, recovery, wellness, vendors, giveaways & more!

Thank you to every single person who has walked through our doors, supported us, trusted us, and been part of this first year.

Here’s to YEAR TWO. 🥹💖 by @melissarivas___

I’ve been in the fitness industry for 11 years and one thing has never changed:

I’ve never wanted to build just another gym.

I wanted to build a place where people feel like they belong.

A place where you’re greeted by name. Where you’re encouraged instead of judged. Where your first workout is celebrated just as much as your hundredth.

Because here’s what I’ve learned after over a decade of coaching:

People don’t stay consistent because they found the perfect workout. They stay consistent because they found the right environment.

That’s why Kingdom Fitness is built differently.

Small classes. Hands-on coaching. Strength training and Pilates under one roof. Real relationships. Real accountability. Real community.

And when people feel supported, they keep showing up. When they keep showing up, they transform. ✨

They get stronger. Build muscle. Lose body fat. Gain confidence. Improve their health. And become capable of things they never thought possible.

That’s the kind of fitness that lasts.

Not just a gym.

A place that feels like home and a place that helps you become the strongest version of yourself. 🤍

If you’ve been looking for an environment where you can find both community and results, DM us “HOME” to schedule a free tour. ✨ by @melissarivas___

There’s truly no better way I could’ve started my birthday than being at Kingdom Fitness surrounded by some of the most incredible women 🥹🤍

The girls completely surprised me this morning and I honestly just left feeling so grateful. Grateful for another year of life, for this community and for the fact that this gym was once just a vision and prayer God placed on my heart.

This place will always be so much more than fitness to me. It’s people, community and answered prayers 🤍 by @melissarivas___

7th Glutes & Glory 🥹🩶

Crazy how fast time is going… what started as a simple vision from God has turned into such a beautiful space for women to come together and just be real.

Every single month, God continues to move in this room through the conversations, the prayers, the vulnerability, the laughter and even the tears.

It’s become so much more than fitness. Truly such a place of healing, growth, and community. We feed our bodies and then our spirit. ✨

Stay tuned for the next one 🩶 by @melissarivas___

Month 8 of Kingdom Fitness 🤍

It still feels surreal knowing something that once lived only in my heart is now a real community filled with real people, conversations, laughter, growth and transformation.

I remember praying for the people that would one day walk through these doors before Kingdom Fitness even existed. There were so many moments I thought something was finally going to work out… only for the door to close again. And honestly? There were times I got so discouraged I wanted to give up completely because things weren’t happening the way I thought they would.

But now every time I walk into this space and see women building confidence, friendships forming after class, people getting stronger physically and mentally and the atmosphere that’s been created here… I’m reminded that every single delay was worth it. 🥹

What makes Kingdom Fitness special isn’t just the workouts. It’s the combination of intentional coaching, amazing trainers, challenging classes, Pilates + strength training and a community where people genuinely feel seen, safe, and encouraged. 💖

So grateful God trusted me with this vision 🥹 by @melissarivas___

A little behind the scenes of our team meeting 🤍

This is the part people don’t always see…
but it’s a big part of why Kingdom Fitness feels the way it does.

Growing. Learning. Getting better.
Not just as trainers, but as leaders.

We went over our core values yesterday- just realigning on what we stand for and how we show up.

So grateful for the women God has surrounded me with- women who are willing to lead, grow, and build something bigger than themselves. And for my husband @kevinrivas_ who poured into us yesterday- reminding us it’s about serving people well, not just selling.

This is how we keep building something different. 💖✨ by @melissarivas___
